They came out cleaned all the webs from around the house sprayed the outside and inside for bugs and laid poison for the roaches. Didn't quite work the first time and we requested they come out again ( they came out for free), they came out with in days of calling and laid another round of spray and poison down; within a week we had no sighting of bugs in the house , GREAT! Now a month or so later we see a mouse in the garage at first, and after a day or so find evidence of them in our kitchen ; oh boy we gotta get this handled. We were scheduled for pest control to come out for the 3 month service so we waited for our regular guy, he showed up. We informed him of our issue and he said he would have to schedule someone else to come out, we said okay. Two days later another gentleman shows up. He walks around the outside of the house in 4 minutes comes in and looks around the kitchen and walks back to his truck. Then comes back in and hands us a quote of $2400 to change our crawl space foundation vents and extermination because one of them has a small tear in the screen on the bottom. I couldn't believe my ears. Not only does this guy show up and spend a total of 5 minutes "inspecting" in which he has no clue in what he was doing , he then has the audacity to hand a $2400 quote over to me for some foundation crawl space vents we don't even need!!!!! If this clueless salesman would have taken even 10 seconds to look in our crawl space through the door ( undue the latch and swing the door open) he would have seen it is freshly and fully encapsulated from the ceiling to the floor and surround in which the house would not even need the quantity of 10 automatic $35 foundation vents. FYI an encapsulated foundation with humidifier does not need venting. After hearing how Rocket Pest Control was trying to screw us over with a punk salesman on something that we didn't even need in addition to not even being able to treat the problem without charging us an additional charge, we were done. After he left we immediately called to cancel our service with them with a $100 cancellation fee just to bend ya over a little bit more. Every day for 10 days after we canceled our service, we continued to get emails trying to get us to sign and pay for the $2400 job. I am including pictures so you yourself can read through the documents ( look at the service price , Notes, extra monthly fees, and NO GUARANTEE disclaimer), they do great for standard roaches, ants, and spiders but hurt your wallet for no good reason other than to benefit themselves, GOOD LUCK. Ps we were able to get rid of the mice with glue traps and poison.

At 1:30 or so I called again, and a man transfered me to a lady, Jessica maybe, she said she felt like somone would be able to come out but I needed to pay 199.00 to her now and wanted to get my credit card info. I decided to just say no thank you especially since they wanted money before anyone even came out. She said the final bill would more than likely be much more than the 199.00. I thanked her and hung up. Won't be calling them again for anything. I called another company and they were here in less than an hour. This happened on 8-4.

From the moment he arrived, Eric was professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk through every area of concern with us--the kitchen, pantry, laundry room, under the sinks, the garage, and even did a thorough exterior inspection. He didn't just glance around; he got down on his hands and knees, checked voids behind cabinets, examined droppings to determine age and size, and explained exactly what he was seeing. What impressed me most was his honesty and education-first approach. When he found droppings, he showed us the difference between fresh and old ones, pointed out which were from mice versus lizards (skinks) based on the texture and white uric acid tips, and estimated we were dealing with just 2-3 mice rather than a full infestation. That transparency meant a lot. Eric also took the time to explain why we might be having issues--pointing out the gap under our garage door, the back patio door that doesn't always latch properly, and how our proximity to the retention pond increases rodent pressure. Instead of pushing expensive treatments, he prioritized exclusion: sealing entry points, setting snap traps strategically, and following up in two weeks. He even explained why he avoids exterior bait boxes to protect the local cats and wildlife, which showed a genuine care for our property and the surrounding ecosystem. When I would even fly here to visit my family, sometimes I would see Joe of Premier come to spray her house. So, I'd met him years before we even moved here and then once we did make that ol BIG move, we started up with Premier. They are more like family and we have never needed them to come back to re-spray for bugs ever! I cannot say enough about them and their service. And I must say that review that is a book, is NOT any sort of representation of this company and Joe. Shocking!! I would check out the "5" stars and go with those!

I hesitated in posting this review because there are so many positive comments for this company…read more(NOTE: MANY OF THEM ARE OLD!!!). After having been a customer for over 10 years, I know why they have positive reviews. I was one of the happy customers until recently. Introverts beware!! If you want someone to come spray your house and be done with it, do not contact this company. Joe will spend more time talking to you than actually taking care of any problems. You will spend 30+ minutes in unnecessary conversation, bonding with your bug man. The actual time treating your property is less than 10 minutes. He is a SPRAY AND GO bug man. Do not expect him to treat any actual pest problems you have, unless it can be killed by the spray and the minimal effort that he puts in. DO NOT CONTACT him if you actually have bugs that you want eradicated. When I contacted PPS in May 2026 (yearly customer at two properties) to spray my property, I told Hesper what I was having troubles with, thinking this would inform the techniques that Joe would use to treat my issue. I mentioned seeing roaches, had pictures of the types and locations. I also had moths. When Joe came, he did the same treatment he always does, which is "spray." He did not do anything about the moth issue I mentioned, stating that the traps I had purchased was the best solution to the issue. He did not look around my house or investigate anything regarding the moths. He simply looked at the tent traps I had and called it good. Now on to the roach issue. Living in SC, you know there are palmetto bugs. They are not the only type of roaches in the area. However, despite this fact, that seems to be the only type that Joe will treat for. After the initial treatment of my home, I was still seeing roaches. He came for a second treatment, this time, concentrating in the cabinets (what an effort to pull all that out and put back in) since that was where I was seeing them. He sprayed inside and out and that was it. This infuriated the roaches because the mass exodus started. I was seeing roaches at about the same pace as before he "treated" my property. I reached out to them again to let them know that the second treatment seemed to have chased them out. I sent pictures of the bugs I was seeing (again). I was woken up in the middle of the night with one crawling on me! This was AFTER Joe "treated" my property. The response I received from Hesper was that "this was normal and that they rush out after a spray" and proceeded to provide me with a WALL OF TEXT about things I could do that WERE NOT related to them coming back to spray. I asked that Joe come back to put gel around in places and put the roach traps because he did not do this and that was what was recommended in the next steps when I did my research. He refused to come back to my property, refunded my money, and wished me luck finding a pest control company. I am now going to use the money to buy REAL pest control supplies and take care of the job that JOE refused to do. BEWARE: You do not want to use this company if you have an actual bug problem that needs a proactive solution or a solution that involves your bug man doing any kind of work because JOE doesn't do that! Also beware of a company that doesn't change their rates based off of the economy. This company has had the same $125 fee for a very long time (as long as I was a customer). This should raise alarm bells. In order to keep this business profitable without raising prices, there had to be cuts somewhere. How much do you want to bet that the pesticides he uses get watered down to basically nothing. I thought I was getting a good deal. Also, beware of a business that only sends text messages and does not bother to return calls to explain anything. Is this the world we live in now?? It seems, however, I was just being naive in thinking that being a loyal customer meant something. I do wish Joe and Hesper the best! You both were nice until you weren't.
