Hesper does all the scheduling, Joe does all the face to face contact & the pest control service & during the summer months Joe usually has one of his son's with him helping out & teaching them the trade. I recently moved to SC, and Joe gave me specific pointers about how to NOT attract roaches (get rid of the packing materials on my deck!), add weather stripping to the front door, etc. I highly recommend PPS.
