was given an appointment for 10:00am and I arrived 2 minutes before 10:00. What I expected was that a technician would look at the problem. what I was told that I would need to leave the vehicle for 24 to 48 hrs. So I drove thru traffic across town for no reason. Should have been told on the phone what to expect. So you need an appointment just to drop off a vehicle?! That is what I was told. I used their website to purchase a car. I went through the whole process of assessing my trade-in and deciding on 36 month lease. Applied for Ford credit and got notification everything was good and here's your price, just come in to sign the paperwork, usually takes about 45 minutes. An hour and a half later and they raised the price of the car from what it said online and offered me $11,000 less for my trade in than quoted online. There is nothing wrong with the car btw, it's a year old and in perfect cosmetic and working condition. So my payment was going to be more than 50% higher!! What a joke, don't waste your time with these guys. What a wasted trip. I'm posting the quote I got online. They told me my payment would be almost $1,300 after jacking the net price up by $13,000 from the "approved" online quote. Not even close! read more

Maria Alba actively listened to my service inquiry for a safety recall and she was able to schedule me an early morning appointment within 1 week, to help accommodate my work schedule. Quick and efficient. Then she called me back and informed me they have a mobile service that can come to me. She switched my appointment to a mobile appointment and the service technician, Tony Garcia, was on time, friendly and provided information on additional services they could provide via the mobile service van. LOVE THIS FORD DEALER SERVICE CENTER! I was on a road trip with my Mustang Mach E (electric) when suddenly I started hearing a clicking/clunking sound when I would turn the wheel. Being 1000 miles away from home, I grew concerned and called 2 different Ford locations in San Antonio. The other Ford dealer told me it would take 5 days to even look at the car. So I took it to Cavender, who saw the car in the same day I dropped it off. I was desperate to get the car fixed before my road trip was over, and sure enough, they got the part and the car fixed ASAP. BUYER BEWARE, Cavender Grande Ford!!! They apparently do not follow and/or understand the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), Ken Paxton. They will not honor the prices they have put in writing! They change prices online modifying the MSRP (increasing the MSRP), because they are having a SPECIAL! The Original MSRP with original Discounts before the modifications is the same price as the SPECIAL. Oh yeah and the 'Disclaimer' regarding the SPECIAL does not match the price the are trying to sell the truck for, the disclaimer is actually less expensive but of course their management said the disclaimer had a mistaken price. Don't trust Michael Bove, I had been communicating with him through email since I was very interested in purchasing a Ford Mavrick for the fuel economy. I was originally emailed by this dealership back in May 2021. Michael let me know that the order bank was not open and it would be open July for 2023 models. I was fine with that, I continued to reach out to Mike, July came around and I asked if it was time to order (via Email). He let me know the date was pushed out to August 2nd. I then reached out to him, and the date was pushed out again to September. The order bank was now closed from what I read online! He never contacted me via email or never tried to call or text me so I could go in. Way to go mike! If you weren't interested in selling a vehicle, maybe you should have passed me on to someone else that would have wanted commission! I also emailed him one last time to check if the order bank was still open ( I know it wasn't) and he never replied. read more

This was absolutely the worst car buying experience imaginable. Day 1I was forced into a vehicle I really wasnt happy with at a rate I didn't agree with fast forward and we got our credit union to back the loan dropping the interest by 75% this was when the problems started. I was treated like a criminal they lied said the credit union denied the loan yet they offered to give us 2 other cars totaling 100k the very next day at another dealership so 20k I'm certain wasn't an issue and when we spoke to the bank they said they did not recieve the updated terms. The finance manager burned us bad towing there car never returning our stuff then making false police reports to police about me going up there which I didn't. I have been instructed to only go this far with any review as there is now a case for the US doj to handle. They're are fraud, harassment, theft as well as damages, pain and suffering, and defamation cases to follow this is a legal nightmare luckily to donations from fellow vet's we are able to recieve justice! read more

After receiving very poor service at another Ford service department in the past, when my wife's Ford Edge started having some brake fade, we decided to give Grande Truck Sales a try. I was a little embarrassed to drop off a small crossover to a service department full of trucks and semi's but Gregg Duppstadt was very accommodating. He informed us that there was an extended warrantee service bulletin on the Brake Booster from putting in the VIN #. If this was the problem, they would replace it at no cost, but if it was something else he would call us. He explained that they were 1-2 days out on service which was fine as we didn't need the vehicle immediately. Unlike Jordan Ford which had never communicated with us and had recommended unneeded extras, Gregg called the following day and said that indeed it was the booster, they had replaced it at no charge, and the car was ready. When we picked it up, it was clean and vacuumed out. Gregg had checked for any additional recall items that may have been, but we were done. It is really hard to find an honest Ford Service Department in San Antonio and I am very pleased with the Grande Ford Service Center. read more

In a crazy, busy, sometimes unkind world I had no worries through the whole transaction. Anthony was patient, kind, and most of all a man of his word. Honest & trustworthy. He arranged to have the vehicle shipped to us. I had direct contact with everyone involved, even the car hauler driver. Documents that had to be signed were sent by over night mail with paid return postage to send documents back. We purchase, signed, and paid all from Ohio without any problems.
