(2025 Ford Expedition King Ranch) I realized I need a max for our growing family. This dealership chooses immaculate used vehicles. Both cars we test drove were in pristine condition--the King Ranch, and a 2023 Jeep Grand Wag L Series ii. We were working with Marco throughout the experience and he was exceptional. I never felt pressured, he heard my concerns of the trunk space. I actually had said I thought I was ready to purchase and thought I could work with the trunk space the KR had. We got to the point of talking numbers. We loved the price they brought it down to, we were content with our trade value, (my vehicle had two minor accidents so value naturally wouldn't be spectacular and we understand that). But as we were sitting in the office I realized I'll never regret having more trunk space, but I will regret having less... Marco heard my concerns, they offered us to bring the car home as an extended test drive to be absolutely sure. I could test out my usual smaller stroller, see how it fit in our garage, all the things. Ultimately I couldn't get past the trunk space with two Littles and a future third. Marco and his team however, deserve these 5 stars. If in the future they come across what I'm looking for I won't think twice of coming back to them. The sad truth is I'll more than likely have to deal with a sloppy Ford Dealership now.

Before this, I had a Dodge Hornet, but the value was dropping, so I decided to make the switch and visit SEWELL Cadillac. This was my first time doing business with any SEWELL dealership, and it has been one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. My salesperson, Alejandra, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I like working with the same salesperson whenever possible, and since I'm new to town, when I stay with SEWELL , I'll definitely be getting my next vehicle from her. I also want to recognize Robert in the service department. He was fantastic when I needed a repair done on my vehicle. He quickly arranged a loaner car and kept me updated every couple of days on the status of my vehicle. That level of communication meant a lot and made the entire process stress-free. Another perk I really appreciate is the complimentary car wash. Between that and having a loaner available during service appointments, it gives me even more reason to stay with SEWELL . Their customer service is truly some of the best I've ever experienced at a dealership. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and makes everything so easy. They get around it as the car has never been titled but as we have been looking for months - most dealerships call it a CPO or new with a disclaimer that it was used at the dealership with proper mileage noted. A new car does not come with 8k miles !! The car itself is beautiful and the price is pretty much on par for what you get but the fact that is advertised as new and this 'little 8k' fact is omitted means I will not work with you!! Five minutes later, they explained what they recommended to be done. I selected the items I wanted done and went back to the waiting area. No indication that anything selected was going to take extra time. About 10 minutes later (12:35p), I had some questions, so I went back to ask the tech. That's when I discovered he had left for his lunch break. A coworker helped me get the answers, so I sat back in the waiting area until 1:35p. At 1:50p, thinking the tech would be back from lunch, I went back to see how things were going. The problem was the tech was still not back. I asked his coworkers how much longer my car was gonna be. They told me it would be another 20 minutes. When no one came to get me by 2 PM (I was really getting hungry), I went looking for my tech again. He was still out to lunch and the coworkers said my vehicle was still being worked on, with no specific time given. I checked again at 2:30p. My service tech was still gone (it was now a 2-hour lunch break) and all anyone could tell me is my "vehicle was still being worked on." When no one had called for me by 3 PM and the tech had not returned, I went to the cashier station and asked to speak with the service or general managers. After about 10 minutes, the service manager appeared and asked me to come back to their office. I told them everything that had been going on. They looked on their system and saw my vehicle was still being worked on. They called back to the service bay to see how much longer it was going to be. They told me "35 minutes!" They then tried to admonish "me" for not knowing that the items that I had chosen would take "a couple of extra hours." I explained that they shouldn't expect customers to know their business and realize the items would add 2 more hours to the time quote given. When I asked them if it was normal for their service techs to take 2-hour lunches, they said that the tech "probably saw how long it was going to take my car to be done and he went to lunch as long as he could until my car was done." I asked them, "If he knew it was going to take that long, why didn't he tell 'me' so I could've at least gone home and gotten some lunch? Is that the way everyone there does business?" I told them their customer service was terrible and I was not happy! I was disappointed with the manager, because they tried to make the whole thing "my" fault, despite their tech giving me a time estimate, never updating it, and disappearing for over 2 hours! It sounds to me like the management there needs some remedial training on how to "treat customers right!" I find it ironic that all their marketing says how well they treat their customers, yet when they don't, they don't even recognize it! By the time my car was finished, I had waited 3 hours. When I checked out with the cashier (the cashiers were very friendly, understanding, and treated me very respectfully), they told me my car was waiting outside with the key in the ignition. I walked outside, where the car was supposed to be, only to find that it was nowhere in sight. It was "not" waiting outside. One of the coworkers made an extra effort to go find it. After a quick search, he disappeared back inside the building. Suddenly, someone drove up with my car. They were driving right past me, so I waved them down. The driver asked if it was my car and I told him it was, showing him my paperwork. I told him everyone said the car would be waiting for me outside, and wondered why he was still driving it around. He told me he "likes to test drive cars after they come out of the service bay" (that's fine, but everyone thought that that had already been done). To me, it was just another wasted 5 minutes of waiting around, wondering where my car was when everyone was telling me otherwise. All in all, this whole ordeal was one big hassle! This organization is disorganized, does not value its customers, and does not live up to its marketing!. I feel like I was just an inconvenience to them, especially when I spoke up and asked what was going on once I realized what they were telling me was not true. Instead of being there for 1:15, like I was promised, it took 3 hours! Had I known, I could have gone home and gotten something to eat (they provide shuttle service when you have a long wait). Instead, they made everything convenient for them; not me, the paying customer! I'm sure there are other Toyota dealers out there who treat you better than I got treated today!

Avoid M-Technik: Dishonest Business, Zero Proof, & Damaged/Missing Parts…read moreRating: 1/5 I brought my BMW to M-Technik on Monday, May 25, 2026, with a clear $200 diagnostic agreement. What followed was a complete scam involving fabricated labor hours, defensive management, and actual negligence to my vehicle. The "Diagnosis" Scam The Lie: On Tuesday, they claimed they spent an hour diagnosing the car and requested 3 more hours ($200/hr) to continue. I approved it. The Reality: On Wednesday afternoon, I called for an update and was told, "We haven't touched your car yet." The Confrontation: I showed up at 16:00 on Wednesday. My car was untouched. The heavy-set shop manager (not Chris, who was actually helpful) lied and said they were waiting on my approval. When I demanded to know what they did in the first hour I was being billed for, the mechanic couldn't answer. He eventually guessed a code: "Low fuel pressure before the high-pressure fuel pump." The Fact Check: I troubleshot with BMW ISTA+. I told them on Monday the car had a low RAIL pressure code. The low-pressure pump was brand new and tested perfectly at 4.5 bar. There is was no code for "low fuel pressure before the HPFP." The tech completely made it up. We checked my service ticket in the office. There was absolutely zero documentation written on it. I declined the extra hours that night. The next morning, they sent an unprofessional, all-caps text telling me to get a tow truck. Hostage Tactics & Blatant Negligence When picking up the car, I offered to pay the $200 if they could show me just 30 minutes of security camera footage proving they touched my car. The manager refused, using a "trust me bro" excuse that he wasn't going to hook up a computer to the cameras. He held my car hostage until I paid. To make matters worse, they allowed my car to be towed away with the ignition completely turned ON. This threw a massive slew of fault codes across multiple modules. More importantly, leaving the ignition on with the front wheels on the ground can ruin the electric power steering (EPS) system and steering rack as the wheels are forced to turn while active. The Final Straw: Missing Hardware They didn't even know how to properly put my BMW into neutral. I explicitly told them not to pull the mechanical neutral release bolt on the transmission. They ignored me, yanked it anyway, and failed to replace it. I left the shop with missing hardware and had to buy a new transmission bolt out of pocket. (See attached photos on my google review from the next shop). Summary: If you don't know cars, M-Technik will fake diagnostic time and bill you for it. If you do know cars, they will get defensive, hold your car hostage, risk your steering rack, and return it to you with missing hardware. Avoid this shop.

There are so many reasons not to take your vehicle to this shop. They perform repairs without…read moreauthorization or approval and never call to provide updates. If they find additional issues beyond what you brought the vehicle in for, they proceed without asking for your consent or explaining the costs. The original problem is never actually fixed, yet they claim to have repaired something completely unrelated -- something that was never an issue to begin with. You'll likely have to bring your car back multiple times for the same problem, and it still won't be resolved. They screen calls using caller ID and avoid answering when you're trying to get updates or clarification. My vehicle was returned with new damage that did not exist before service, and they refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, they charged for repairs related to error codes that never existed and quoted problems that were not real prior to bringing the car in. In short, they take your money without fixing the issue and often create new ones in the process. I would mention names, but they know who they are. I now have to file insurance claims for damages caused by the shop -- damages completely unrelated to my original repair request -- in addition to already having made police reports and other formal claims. Alex plays games on the phone, and no one at the shop provides real updates about your vehicle. They claim "Edgar will call you back," but he never does. It's also worth noting that they appear to use a service that blocks phone calls from being recorded, in addition to using caller ID to avoid accountability. Always ask for an itemized receipt of all repairs and damages they claim to have found or fixed. Obtain written authorization and a signed estimate before allowing them to perform any repairs. Do not let them start work without your explicit consent in writing.
