    PIZZA STICKS!

The view was amazing and the food? Even better. Easy parking for boats. Great ambience. Did I mention the food?

Drink menu. Lots of Huckleberry choices

Beautiful cove at Priest Lake, ID. This place has plenty of space for a big family to have an outdoor lunch gathering. We spread my grandpa's ashes in the lake and we were welcomed with a beautiful setting outdoors! I will definitely come back here to visit again! Wonderful food

Ok, this isn't fine dining, but if you want good bar food, a beautiful view, and pleasant service, come to Cav's. Meghan, Chris, Belle, Dan... the staff are good at their job and always kind. Always happy to come down to Cav's.

We love Cavs!! The food is always good and the view of the lake can't be beat. It's also fun to watch the planes land while enjoying a huckleberry drink! This is one of our favorite stops in the summer and winter!

Our family had a little winter getaway in the lake front cabin, we couldn't be happier with our stay. Views of the lake are spectacular. House is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of board games for kids for game night. Plenty of space to run around and rest. Drew always checked in on us asking if we needed anything extra. Sean at the restaurant was so pleasant and took great care of us. I can't wait to be back here during the summer. Would recommend to anyone for a 5 star getaway. Luxury to the fullest.

Went up Saturday night from CDA for Oktoberfest. Roads were plowed and clear of snow! Atmosphere was great with authentic Schuhplattler music and even Nagelbalken (hitting nails into what looked like freshly cut tree trunks after you drink). The menu was also fantastic with the pretzel, wurst, and beef dishes all really well made. I would rate this as one of the better Oktoberfests in the panhandle and they were gracious with us even after we destroyed one of their beer steins. Plus you just can't beat a location where light pollution is low enough for you to see every star in the night sky. Prost!

    Priest Lake Pasta

2nd time going here for my boyfriend's family annual trip. Last year one of the girls got the Priest Lake Pasta which I tried, so I had to get it for myself this time around. Very big serving and delicious! The leftovers tasted good as well which is always a plus. To drink I had the Huckleberry Daiquiri and we also ordered a side of fries. Last year I got the Sushi Bowl which was pretty good from what I remember.

Amazing food and drinks! Try the Keen burger and lemon meringue. Incredible view! Five stars all the way

Calamari!! Who knew it could be so good in northern Idaho!

We had the Calamari for an appetizer!! Wowzer!! That was some of the best food I have eaten in northern Idaho! So yummy!

The buffalo burger and pig pen burger was so good and juicy. The staff was so welcoming and sweet. We will definitely be back.

The wait staff was friendly and the location is nice. But the food is absolutely terrible. Not a single dish in our group of 7 was any good.

The rooms are extraordinarily spacious. The beds are deluxe. The security locks on the doors are great. It is a slice of home and in new condition. The free Ardy's breakfasts are fantastic, fresh kitchen diner cooking that is first rate. One would pay two to three times the price at an outdated two star in any major city and be lucky to get a slice of toast and mini donut for breakfast. It's been a joy to witness Ralph and his family build the place. Slowly and with pride and painstaking attention to details. This is not a franchise. They grew this business, literally building it a couple rooms at a time. Taking the money they make from providing excellent bed and breakfast style customer service, offering a great product and reinvesting back into their business. Ralph is trusting, the accommodations are great, and you won't find a better nights rest after the long trip north. We pack in for a week at a time, wife and three kids and easily fit all the gear we need for a week of hiking, camping, and boating with room to spare. It's better than an extended stay hotel. Ralph could easily triple the rates. Or so I tell him. One should reserve here while rates are still low.

The manager was flustered when I told her, saying everything was new and there were no bedbug issues. When I pointed out the mattresses aren't new, she acted confused then blurted out that they sprayed a week prior. Why spray if there are no bedbugs? I said I can't stay anymore and she apologized profusely saying she felt bad about it. I was later issued a partial refund and was told there are no bugs in the room and I must have been bitten outdoors. Attached picture is the bites in the breakfast, lunch, dinner pattern of bedbugs. My mother stayed across the hallway from me and left with bites all over her neck. The stress of de-contaminating everything when I returned home was awful. Will never stay here again.

We asked about seating in the bar and we were told they weren't seating customers in the dining room. I'm very hard of hearing so I usually avoid loud places like the plague but at the time the bar was pretty quiet. We were seated far from the windows which was really the reason we always travel the ~140 mile round trip over from Hope, ID for to see the tamarack's in the fall golden colors. We ordered and there had been a large group seated and they re-arranged the tables to accommodate them beside us. They were very loud, so much so that my wife and I seated beside each other couldn't hear anything. Our appetizer came and the mains were delivered ~1 minute later. We now had a choice eat the appetizer and let the mains go cold or eat the appetizer. I really wanted to just ask the waitress to box up our food so we could get the hell out of there but we shut up ate the cold food, paid the tab and on the way out found guests seated in the nice quiet main dining room. My family vacationed together at Priest from 1957 to 1968 every year without fail and we were in and around Hill's regularly over those years and ever since. Often we go over and stay a weekend or just drop in for a meal. The prices have steadily gone up and IMO the facilities, food and service have been steadily going down. Today, forever iced the cake we won't be gong back, sad.
