Cavan Bakery by Hampton Station is the third in a tiny little chain of bakeries, the other two (one of which houses the cake oven and the other the bread ovens) are on Hampton Hill High Street.
All the baked goods are made at the nearby Hampton Hill premises and then brought to Hampton village. This is a popular little bakery, especially on Saturday mornings. You can buy bread, cookies, cakes and pastries, along with freshly made sandwiches.
The Saturday staff is mostly teenaged girls. I can, however vouch for at least one of them, as she is my daughter. The service is friendly and reasonably efficient, and prices are about what you'd expect from a local independent bakery.
