They were very accommodating and even provided us free use of a transformer so we could charge our 240V phones. Water bottle in the room and free espresso machine on each floor. They also provide free trolley passes and wi fi. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and speaks proficient English.

The menu draws inspiration from Italy and the Mediterranean but also reflects Fermi's Swiss roots, making great use of fresh ingredients. His variation on the theme of Tuna tartare was as beautiful as it was mouth-watering. We had his four course surprise menu, which was terrific, followed by a creative medley of desserts.
