I'm really disappointed with this location. I was only in the area for work, so this was already an inconvenience. When I arrived, all of the toppings were sitting out on the back counter, and the mixed veggies, an extra charge if not the main protein, were mostly just carrots. On top of that, I couldn't scan my phone for loyalty points because the machine wasn't working. When I asked for a receipt, I was told the machine was down. Since this was a work expense, I needed a receipt, and the suggestion to "just take a picture of the screen" wasn't helpful because there was no date shown. The night shift girl at the window was EXTREMELY rude and ill-mannered. From her hostile tone to her shutting the window in my face, I honestly couldn't believe the lack of professionalism. Tonight was a difficult night for my wife, and she just wanted something to eat. As soon as we got to the window, this bad-tempered toddler spoke to us in an incredibly rude tone, then continued talking about us behind the glass while we were sitting right there. Even after we still managed to say "thank you," she just slammed the window in our faces. Coming from a person who really enjoy the food, presence, and ambiance of Cava. This location was pretty disappointing. First thing, the workers here are very mellow, and not friendly. They seemed disturbed by simple requests and asks. Second, the food was incredibly over salted, not sure if it was the chicken or what, but it was almost unenjoyable. This was a little sad for me and my friend, we typically love the food, and environment of this place. Not to mention: but there are several leaks in the ceiling, i sat down to eat, and by the time i got up, my hair was wet from the ceiling dripping. read more

My chicken bowl was amazing as always. What I like about Cava is you can sample before making your bowl. So there's really no reason why you shouldn't like it. Everything was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and staff was nice. Only issue is a few of their fresh beverage machines weren't full so I opted for what was left which I didn't want. The food was fresh and really good! However, the customer service was really bad. When I walked up to the counter the first person working the line just stared at us. No, hello...what can I get for you?...nothing. Once we ordered, the second person working the register completed the rest of our order, she seemed annoyed that we were even there. We were polite, even more so than usual because it seemed tense? She barely filled our bowls and kind of slopped the toppings on. She went to grab pita from the kitchen window and whispered to another staff member and they giggled and looked at us. She came back to the register with a smirk. There was no lack of staff. There were 2 people working the line and 3 just standing there for social hour? This was our first time. I won't be dinning in ever again. This is a hard review to write because my wife and I disagree on this place. My review: it's ok. I'd give it a 2-star. First, it is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay (i dont have enough 'A's') overpriced for what you get. Portions are far too small for $15/person. Also, I don't really like the flavor of the food. I like Mediterranean, but Cava is trying to be something beyond this and not just stick to traditional Med. flavors. The chicken is fine and the salad is fresh, but the 3-4 bowls I've had just lack any kind of excitement. Just bland to me. Finally, the staff are mostly friendly. My wife's review: so yummy. Flavors are super tasty. I love the size bowl. Not to big, not to little. Perfect for me, and occasionally for me to split with my hubby (even if he doesn't like it as much as I do ... at least he'll take me the Cava, because he loves me). The staff is mostly friendly. So, 4-stars, not 5, because the prices are (as my husband wrote) waaaaaaaaay over priced. So, we won't come to Cava very often. I (hubby) will only go if my wife really wants me to go with her, but I'll usually just have her go with her friends. Oh, yeah .... the ambiance: feels like a nicer McDonald's (or like the new nice Mc's that are popping up). We just stopped in late night at almost closing time and the staff still had so much energy to fulfill what we needed and took their time w the order. I've had to settle for Chipotle late night before where they were out of lots of things. This place was stocked. This experience surpassed my expectations and our server was helping the drive thru line as well as us and was overwhelmed im sure but didn't show it at all to us and calmly hustled and made sure everything was perfect. I usually order my lunch here and love it, but this latest time it was completely different because of a change to the menu. The kid's meal is the only thing that's cheap enough to justify buying regularly, because it's reasonably priced but still has a drink, a side with chips, and a main protein wrapped in pita bread. Just this week, corporate changed it and now half the food's been removed from the meal. It's not a catastrophe, but the change wasn't advertised and now what's usually a full wrap is instead loose in the container. I can't get a refund, and now the only meal that's justifiable to buy here is half the calories. In today's economy when most people can't afford a full three meals a day, that's important. It would make sense if this was a marketing scheme where they advertise this kid's meal in places like TikTok (where I came across it) as a full meal (many sponsored posts were from adults marketing it as a cheap but healthy option), then once they have a solid amount of people buying it they change the composition without advertising it. It's a solid tactic, but one that preys upon the customers. I used to love eating here, but this is completely disrespectful towards the company's clientele. I would recommend hungry Rogers citizens eat anywhere but here. read more

The food was alright, I've had better at other Cava locations. Me and my friend came together because we usually love the ambiance of Cava but this experience was very different than normal. The employees seemed very stressed so I'll give them that but the customer service was not pleasant. After getting my kids meal, I asked the girl at the cash register for an extra bowl on the side to put everything in. She asked if I was asking for an extra kids plate and I nicely said no and clarified that I wanted a regular bowl. A minute later, another girl employee comes up to me with a kids bowl in hand and tries to give it to me. I politely told the girl that I wanted a regular bowl and she walked away without saying a word, clearly annoyed. I felt bad so I walked up to the front to wait for the bowl she was grabbing and when she handed it to me I said "Thank you so much I really appreciate it." She gave me a gross look and walked back behind the counter without saying a word. So to sum it up, the experience was not great. read more

Delicious food, and easy to navigate because they have signs for all of their ingredients. I'd say slightly overpriced though - paid $20 for a bowl, drink, and small brownie. I think the braised lamb added a couple bucks though. read more

This was our first time eating at Cava since they opened. I ordered the Greek Salad Bowl. My wife ordered the Lintel Avocado Bowl and we split a Crispy Falafel Pita. The portions were very generous. We found the ingredients to be extremely fresh and properly prepared. We both enjoyed encountering new portions of deliciousness as we at the bowls. The falafels were amazing, among the best I have ever had! The pita was soft and fresh and the sweet tea was proper and fresh. We will definitely be back! I have read some of the reviews and it seems that they encountered some growing pains after first opening. I must report that this encounter found them to be knowledgeable and efficient and fully stocked. I did stand in line for a bit, as they were very busy, but the line moved along quickly and it was well worth the wait! read more

I'll start by saying I have been a loyal customer at this location ever since they opened. I go there at least once every two weeks. Today I went to order my usual (a kids meal.) I was told I couldn't have rice instead of pita bread at which I contested and asked why not. The girl making my bowl then threw it down and said she needed a break. The manager then came over, (agreed to let me have the rice) and helped me finish my order. At this point the girl came back and a guy she went to the back to tell what happened turned around and literally called me a "f*cking b*tch!!!! I obviously became irate and was then given my meal at no charge. The manager then came up and gave me TWO meal coupons 'for the trouble! Two meal coupons for being called that. Not sure what else to say but how I was treated over asking for rice is absurd. Eat there at your own discretion but I won't be going back. read more

Went in today to get my wife a bowl and myself a pita. When I started my order of a pita, I asked for humas, brown rice, and arugula. The man behind the counter said they don't put rice in a pita. I said I had been there multiple times before and always had a pita with rice. He said it's a rule and they don't put rice on a pita. I said never mind and canceled my order. We have been to Cava about 8 times the past two months and have loved it. Always been great service and food. I always order a pita with rice and chicken. I have no idea why I was denied this time. Cava cava ca nahhhh. Went here after a chilly fall hike. The service was slow due to low staff and the business was dirty. I got the spicy chicken pita. It had good flavor but lots of salt. It would have been better if the chicken was warm and the pita was warm. As it was, the pita was cold and crumbly. Like the feta. It was a disappointing experience, mostly due to poor management. I agree with most of the posts about Cava. it is a fantastic franchise. if this location is managed well it will be my favorite lunch spot in NWA. The lines can be crazy and the choices very depleted. The positive is the choices can be outstanding if all the bins are full. The other issue is meal size. sometime they almost give you nothing of a certain item (Im sure to have enough for the day) Lets hope they get some good management and this place stays for a long time! read more

We have frequented this Cava because we love the franchise itself. The food is yummy (when they are in stock, and when it is fresh), the specialty lemonades are refreshing and tasty! This specific location on Rogers, does not maintain the quality of freshness. When they are getting low on product - rice/ meats / veggies - rather than using that first, they throw the new batch on top- therefore never cycling thoroughly through. If you are not there during peak lunch hours - more than likely you will have many items unavailable, or bottom of the barrel. We went in tonight right before 8, and more than half of their items were not available, and they had already started removing their lemonades and taking apart the drink station. They closed at 10p today. More than a dozen people came in and had the same quizzical look and comments about the food and drinks while we sat to eat our dinner. Hopefully management can re-educate their staff on proper handling of this franchise. read more
