They also had the best price and were available the soonest to replace the inverter. He seemed genuinely interested in helping solve the problem and did not try to upsell additional panels or equipment. Since the original installer of my system is no longer in business, I also needed to transfer the system monitoring to a new company. Blake helped move the monitoring over to Sologic Solar so the system can be properly monitored going forward to ensure it's performing at its best and to identify any future issues. I found Blake to be very honest and trustworthy throughout the process. I also had them wash my solar panels to help improve performance. In addition to solar services, the company also offers window washing and gutter cleaning. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I explicitly mentioned that if this was a problem, I would not be offended if they passed on my request. I received a quote the next day (Sat) saying the COI would not be a problem. On Monday, I received another message asking to schedule the service before the COI. I was told I would have the COI shortly. Two weeks later and no COI, I remind the person who reached out to me via e-mail. I'm told I will have the COI in a day or so. I was also told my request for a COI was pushed back to accommodate work for a large company who shall remain nameless in this review. It's now three weeks since my original quote, and no COI, hence no solar panel cleaning. I'm done. If they didn't want my business - and as I said, no offense taken if that was the case - I would have appreciated not having my time wasted from the start. My panels could have been cleaned by now if I selected another company. Encourage others to go elsewhere.
