A business to beware of! Charged us $4000.00 to do a job that took less than one day!…read more(Two employees)Their cost of parts about $200.00. Then they charged us $500.00 for inspection. That cost them $151.00! They could not figure out what they did wrong so their electrician had to divert electricity from behind the refrigerator to another outlet. Hence the refrigerator outlet is not working. They did not fix the outlet in the rear of the residence. Luckily I noticed the cobwebs proving that fixture was not fixed. They had to return to fix that outlet. Watt Electric was not there for the inspection by the city not once twice but three times. When I complained to them of the above they apologized! Beware of these people! Happily they have to try to sleep at night!

Chappell's website claims "FREE ESTIMATES on all well services"…read more Don't believe it for a minute. I called them for an estimate to look at and repair my under- performing well pump. They sent a guy out, then mailed me a "service call" invoice for $178.20. After I sent them a letter concerning this issue, they stubbornly insist I owe them the billed amount. Be sure to double-check their math on any estimate from them. Discovered several "errors". One guess in who's favor... No resolution after 2 months, and still receiving billing invoices. Unfortunately, they are currently "the only game in town", and take advantage of that. Given a choice, I would NEVER call them again. Don't make the same mistake I did. Negative 10 stars if possible...

He installed the glass and then changed his mind and stated the warranty was void because of size and weight. He was the one who recommended that size and weight. In addition, he refused to provide a final paid invoice for some weird reason. I don't know if this is to circumvent the IRS or what. He also made weird comments about we did not have the right to be in the room where the work was being done. Again, this was very strange behavior. I had to correct him that he was in our home and we would go wherever we wanted to. He also tried to use the threat of sending a Gilroy PD Detective you our home to deliver the invoice which again I found very odd. Use him at your own risk, he does not conduct business in a professional way.

We are extremely grateful for their work in challenging circumstances and job well done. Overall, communication was good. Would work with Issac again. Areas of improvement-- 1) the cost increased multiple times beyond the original estimate for the same scope of work, ending up costing several thousand dollars more. We do recognize it was a challenging job to estimate. 2) One of the crew members spoke disrespectfully to/ swore at a woman who was visiting the elder resident of the property, for being in their way. Seems it may have been a subcontracted hired helper / not a primary crew member.
