Not only is the owner Ryan polite and genuine but he has the nicest face (I can say that because I am an old married lady) All the men that worked in my yard the last week were super sweet, very polite and very kind to me. I am home alone most days as a disabled woman and it was so very nice having these men around, so polite and kind I can not say it enough! As far as changing out my sewage tank, my neighbor retired from doing this type of work and was surprised to see how very hard they worked, no short cuts a really great job! All the equipment they used looked new and clean. Not only did they do the job they were paid for, but they found some problems my husband was unaware of, like our washer machine was not hooked up for drainage properly, he took care of everything and came in UNDER BUDGET!!!! I would highly recommend bradshaw lands aping and excavation for all your work, I truly believe this is a rare company that actually does work with pride! He left my back yard properly seeded, evened out my yard and In looking forward to having my youngest sons graduation party out back this July! Thank you Ryan Bradshaw :)

We loved working with Richard at Little Leaf. He got back to us within hours of being contacted,…read morewas highly responsive throughout the process and, although we knew very little about landscaping, walked us through every step and gave us a beautiful design we are really happy with and that met our price range. He was also extremely accommodating of our inconvenient setup (all materials have to be carried through our house, so no use of wheelbarrow or other large equipment); he and his staff bagged everything up neatly and we barely noticed their presence despite hundreds of pounds of dirt moving through our living room! I would highly recommend Little Leaf to give you something beautiful, lasting and affordable, and to help you understand how to maintain it for years to come!

My garden in Brooklyn was having some strange issues this year so after searching endlessly on…read moreyoutube and gardening web-sites with no luck and a lot of time wasted I decided to try and find an expert to come over and figure out what was going on. After speaking to Richard on the phone I could tell he really knew his stuff so he came over to my garden and figured out what needed to change and what I was doing correctly. I now feel confident and much more knowledgeable about how to maintain a really healthy garden. Richard is a really nice, patient and all around great guy to deal with. The amount of time I saved by hiring him was worth far more than he charged (which is very reasonable). Thanks Richard!

Out of the 3 or 4 landscaping companies I looked into, something about Rodriguez Lawn Care said,…read more'this is it'. When hubs called and requested a visit, Fabricio penciled us in for a quote and Saturday walkthrough so he and his company could provide an accurate estimate and full assessment of the current exterior condition. We also wanted to let him know what the plan was: get rid of old tree trunks that were eyesores, create planting beds, add mulch (not orange. Not black. Natural, thank you very much). To add, Rodriguez Lawn Care isn't just 'lawn care'- they actually run the gamut: decking, exterior painting, irrigation systems, etc. Instead of opting for the large shrubs, we considered the younger plants as opposed to the full-grown kind since we want to see their progression. So Fabricio selected small Boxwoods and Spirea for the walkway to start for now. Communication between hubs and Fabricio has been crystal clear in the last 2 months and we have no complaints. When we're not around, he has full access of the outside grounds and takes care of business.

AVOID unless you're okay with poor workmanship and zero accountability…read more I hired Eric for gravel driveway repairs after previously having a good experience with his snow plowing. Unfortunately, the quality of this job was subpar, and the gravel work washed out completely within weeks. I reached out to him multiple times for a resolution via text and voicemail with no response. When I finally heard back, he refused to take any responsibility and instead blamed me for the results--citing the weather (rain?!) and my budget (which I never actually gave him). In reality, I accepted both his estimate and his plan without question, paid in full immediately, and even offered to pay more if he would simply correct his work after it first began to fail - just two days after it was completed. This, despite the fact that I was promised the work would last several years. Eric does not stand behind his work, he makes false promises and ghosts clients when there's a problem, and then resorts to excuses and blaming the customer rather than offering solutions. Other contractors who reviewed the job confirmed that the grading and compaction were not done properly. A properly compacted and graded gravel driveway would not erode after a single rainstorm. One review mentions he's nice, and he is, when things go well. I'm nice too, but I don't tolerate being taken advantage of. If you decide to roll the dice on your project, don't be surprised when the 'nice guy' disappears. UPDATE: Eric responded by attempting to discredit me personally and deflect from the actual issue. So let me be clear: I paid in full the day after the work was completed (job finished 6/4, Zelle sent 6/5). I accepted both his estimate and his plan without negotiating and was told the work would last for years. When it failed after a single rainstorm, I offered to pay more if he would fix it. I never asked for extra work, I said I'd wait and see how it held up, and reached out again when it clearly didn't. He ignored multiple texts and voicemails for weeks and only responded after I posted this review. And yes, I have everything documented as well. As for his attempt to attack my review history: I welcome anyone to read my other reviews. They are detailed, honest, and thoughtful reflections of my experiences - positive or negative. This one is no different. Instead of standing behind his work, Eric deflects and attacks the customer. That says more than any review ever could.
