Not a speck of dust, beds made perfectly and bathrooms spic and span. We had several times where we had to get someone to simply check on things, drop off paperwork or arrange for maintenance. Carrie took care of everything we needed in a very responsive manner and at very reasonable cost. You can't put a dollar amount on the peace of mind of having someone around that you can trust, but she is more than fair with her fees. I give her and her company the highest recommendation.

I will start by saying that I have never posted a negative review on Yelp. I am about to take Della…read moreand her company to small claims court. Apparently when they clean, they finish my entire house too quickly to get a load of laundry washed and dried to remake the beds. Despite my requesting that she drop the sheets of at the local laundromat rather than take them home with her to clean, she took them home. This essentially lead to me not getting back some of my full sets of sheets, and getting some mismatched sets of sheets that included other peoples sheets. She also took a mesh platter cover home with her to clean it and never returned it. I was forced to fire her and spent months texting and calling to get my things back. She freely admitted via text that she had my sheets, but that she "couldn't be expected not to get peoples sheets mixed up" She repeatedly promised to either drop them off or mail them to me which she never did. I spent over 100.00 per queen size bed sheet set and had 5 sets that were never returned not including extra king size pillow cases that she didn't return. Do yourself a favor, beware of this person/company.

Here are some "after" pictures -- we love it all and cannot recommend Bob more highly. You would be lucky to get him!

Bob recently did a LOT of work on my nearly century old house - and it all turned out great! I…read morewanted to replace the original single pane wooden windows with essentially exact replicas and to reuse the original stained trim. It turned out that this was a VERY challenging ask... Bob helped find a dealer who could make and factory finish the windows to the required dimensions and then work with me on fitting most of the old trim to the new windows. It was a painstaking task, especially as the old stools needed to be replaced and Bob had to come up with a clever method for securely attaching the new stools to the windows such that they blended with the existing trim. He also had to create new trim for one window and try to match it to the others. They all came out great, and I realized that I never could have gotten the same result if I had tried to work with a "traditional" window installer - it required more time, patience, and attention to detail than they would have offered. Bob also paid attention to details that don't show, like insulating the area around the windows - another thing I would not have gotten from a traditional window installer. I am thrilled with my 27 new windows! In addition to the windows, Bob also replaced my roof (including fixing many issues that the last roofer just covered up) and identified issues with my chimney, which he also fixed. My house is now in much better shape that it was a year ago. I highly recommend Bob for all of your home projects - he cares about the quality of his work and will work with you to get the results that you are looking for.
