Richard, owner of Streamlined Environmental Services, came out to walk the property with me, understand what I needed, and answer any questions. The other contractor sent out a (junior) technician. He certainly seemed qualified but often responded to my questions with "I'll have to check with my boss". Another minor concern was that I needed some electrical work done for the new pump and control board. Richard included that with his proposal where the other company advised I would have to contract with an electrician for that piece. Streamlined installed a top-notch system, we're on-time, professional, completed the job as promised, and cleaned up everything. I was impressed with how little my yard was torn up upon conclusion of the job.

this is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in 60 years…read more.... disgusting service and dishonest. they sold me used pumps that were painted to look new and installed them incorrectly on my property. Thats why I found out about this issue with this company because they failed to connect my 220 v power correctly. They did not install the common wire on a 220 v which is very dangerous and does not perform adequately. i hired an electrician to look at this issue is when we noticed the miss fit thrown together pump that had been painted to look new. I have pictures and contacted the owner and he has not attempted to fix any of the concerns and problems. very bad company. Stay far away. I will see them in court. Steve Sellers

He came out quickly to estimate on the spot and followed up regularly. Always showed up early and stayed pretty late getting all my new stuff in. Willing to answer any questions and provide recommendations on the various things i was wanting to do. The installation took a few days and came out great with everything planted with care and excellent plants. He even went to another nursery to get the exact plant i needed when it wasn't available at the wholesaler. Great job overall and I'll probably contact him again for another area of the yard.

I normally never post a review but I was compelled to post this one because Blue Water did an…read moreoutstanding job. I called for a repair to a non-working station (2) and scheduled an appointment. The next day, Austin called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled, of course that was great (doesn't always work for some people but in this case an early arrival was welcomed). Austin found my problem immediately; it was a loose wire. Austin could have left but instead offered to check out my entire system. Austin and Jason found bubbling water at three sprinkler heads which of course means a broke line. He repaired one and capped two that we didn't need. He then checked all heads, cleaned and or replaced filters and changed caps where necessary to redirect water where needed. I requested he dig and cap three additional heads in a specific area. Austin suggested that I just shut them off in the event that I might need them in the future. I thought that was an excellent suggestion. He could have easily worked longer and billed more. He was more concerened that I might change my mind and need those heads at a later date (I think he might be right). I'm glad I didn't cap them underground. This system was here when this place was purchased and needless to say has never worked better. A BIG thank you to Blue Water and to AUSTIN. I was extremely impressed with this young Mans' work ethics and knowledge. I highly recommend Blue Water Nursery and Irrigation.

My system isn't working properly, and I'm trying to grow Annual rye grass seed, so this is important to me. They called me on 12-17 to tell me that they were going to have to cancel my appointment, with it being so close to Christmas. They recommended I just 'turn the system off until after the holidays" and then call them after the first of the year! Whaaaaat? While the young lady on the phone was very polite, the message was clear: we don't care about your needs. But oh, Merry Christmas! I'll water my lawn with a teaspoon and a gallon jug before I call these folks for ANYTHING! What poor, disrespectful customer service!

Finally when project was completed I asked for a schematic and heard crickets. The system was a disappointment . Heads were sticking aboveground so I hit a couple with my rider on the highest setting. The digital timer is a nightmare and I asked him to come last May but he never showed up or called. I called him last week(August 20th) and ask what happened? He said he was 3- 4 weeks out even though he blew me off in May. This was texted to me!!!
