The kennels are bigger than most, with plenty of outside space. The dogs have plenty of green to play in during their daily walks. Of course our pups were happy to see us, but I feel more than comfortable leaving them here. We left our mixed breed rescue dog with Pam, first time. She was warm and welcoming for us and our…read morepup. We thought it would just be one week. However, we contracted Covid while in Florida and were unable to fly home as scheduled since we were both fully symptomatic. I called Pam. She was empathetic and said, "no worries. Your pup can stay as long as you need." She kept us updated on our dog with texts and photos. She even took her to our groomer to have her nails trimmed. (I hadn't been able to do that before we left). Finally, after two weeks, we were able to fly home and retrieve our dog. Pam is so thoughtful and caring for us and our dog. She is our exclusive boarding home for our dog. We will use her every time we need to travel. Thank you, Pam. You are fantastic!!!

This year he did a weekend stay and he also did a 10 day stay due to our vacation plans. I had zero issues, when I checked in on him(because he was staying so long)I received a timely and positive response from the owner. Her staff is extremely friendly and I find that they understand how stressful it can be leaving your pet in someone else's care. They do put their pics on Facebook playing with other dogs so you can see how they are doing which is great, they even threw a birthday hat on him on his birthday! I find the facility to be very clean and the staff to be very organized. My only suggestion would be to book early if you plan on a trip during a holiday weekend or the summer, they can fill up fast sometimes.

Spiro does make sure that the dogs are safe and well cared for. My pup has never been injured or hurt even though he's a rough and tumble puppy. The prices are in line with others in the area so it's not outrageous and you can tell that all the dogs here are very happy. Spiro knows all his customers (the pups) by name and is a very open and honest man. I always confer with him about everything from leashes to preventative care (he knows the breed) to training.
