My experience yesterday was something out of the ordinary. I have never experienced anything like it in South Florida when I've shopped at TJ Maxx. I won't put details here but I can tell you that it was very disappointing. I definitely took the opportunity to write about it in the survey that they sent me via email with my receipt. The experience upset me so much that I contemplated making my daughter and her friend return the purchases that we made yesterday but I opted not to do so. The girls were oblivious to the experience, two giddy teenage girls that were just happy to be out shopping for the day while on vacation. I picked out a few items, but the purpose of our trip was for them to shop and while I was trailing and waiting on them. While waiting, I had time to observe what was happening while we were in the store and it was not a comfortable experience.

Nice selection of drugstore makeup with brands such as Loreal, Revlon, Maybelline, Wet N Wild, NYX, Cover Girl, Physicians Formula, Neutrogena, Almay, Pixi, & a few others. Hygiene items, haircare, shaving supplies, etc.Across from makeup near the entrance were high end items you would find at any department store, designer handbags, perfume, cologne, skincare, clothing. Also sold kids clothing. Large electronics section in rear of store near uniform section, & athletic shoes. This Exchange does not sell furniture. The Base Exchange is a good size with different clothes, purses, etc. There is a food court inside to grab a bite to eat. The store was organized and clean. The people were very nice and helpful. There is a Class Six and commissary right by the exchange. A local in Pensacola recommended this exchange over the one in Pensacola. He said this exchange was a bigger store and had more of a variety than the Navy Exchange in Pensacola.
