We owe Anya our deepest gratitude. We recently purchased a Chinese Crested Powder puff. She came to…read moreus only 10 weeks old. She was our first family dog. We had previously only owned cats. We were overwhelmed in the first 24 hrs at home with the chewing and jumping and chasing the cats. Walking her only seemed to make her behavior worse. We thought we got a "bad dog" and wanted to exchange her for a "good dog". It turns out there are no bad dogs. Just bad owners. We now have a 16 week old puppy that is very obedient and walks are so pleasant. We are proud to show her off to friends, family, and strangers. Anya has a very deep understanding of dogs and their needs. She does what works. She does not waste your time. We highly recommend Anya to train any dog! Thank you Anya! The Schneiders

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BREEDER!!! Unfortunately, I had a very dishonest and disappointing experience…read morewith Whited K-9 services. I was very impressed with the male Doberman who's litter that was due and wanted to purchase a female puppy from that litter. I was asked to put down a deposit down which I did and we agreed on a set price. I then get a call from Bill telling me that he was thinking about keeping the female that I had already put the deposit down. He told me that if I gave an additional $1,500 on top of the already agreed price then he would sell her to me. I originally told him no and would like my deposit back. He then told me that I would lose the deposit, which is basically criminal because he changed the terms that were agreed on and felt he was basically stealing my deposit. I went ahead with the purchase and paid an additional $1500 on top of the original price that we agreed on. At this point I felt I had no choice, he was basically shaking me down for an additional $1500. What makes the whole matter even worse is that the female puppy that I purchased was from an entirely different litter and not from the Male stud that was behind my whole motivation for my purchase. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a breeder. This is 100% a true testimony of what happened. What he did was so disgusting, dishonest, down right criminal and he should be ashamed of himself. I do not take any satisfaction in writing this review, but I feel that I have a duty to let people know of my experience with Bill and Whited K-9 services. Anyone that is thinking of dealing with Bill & Whited K-9 services DO NOT, walk away and find a more reputable and responsible breeder. This post is the absolute truth of what happened and like I stated before I take no satisfaction in writing this review but I feel I have a duty to warn people NOT TO USE THIS BREEDER! It was by far the most disappointing and dishonest experience in dealing with a breeder in my life!

What an amazing experience. I usually grew my golden doodle myself as I've been grooming standard…read morepoodles for 28 years but sometimes I get tired and sometimes I need help because I don't have enough time in the day. I've tried a couple of places here and there and haven't been that impressed. Today I was in the Cuyahoga Falls area, and I desperately needed my goldendoodle to have a bath and a good scrub before a school meeting. I contacted them first thing in the morning when they opened by going in so they could see the dog and I could provide the vaccination records. This way they could see what kind of job it was. She had short hair so not as bad as a long haired dog. I was greeted with a huge smile and welcoming attitude. It was so lovely. They checked the schedule to see if they could possibly fit her in for a bath And Melanie said yeah I think I can fit her in. I'll have her done in an hour and a half. I couldn't believe it. The timing was perfect. Sure enough they called me in an hour and a half. The dog is ready. When I arrived to pick her up, she was happy And the staff member Melanie was again welcoming and full of smiles. It's such a nice way to be greeted. I find nowadays that isn't always the case. They did a great job on the dog. She was well brushed out and looked spotless. Smelled great. I asked Melanie if she Can do hair trimming like she saw on my golden doodle? I asked because it's a fancy cut long on the legs short on the body, a little bit of extra on the muzzle on the topknot. She assured me that she could do that no problem And anytime I needed help to give her a call. I will definitely be giving her a call. The location is great. The accessibility is great. They keep the doors locked and there's a ringer on the front door. It's a great idea because they don't have to have the overhead of a front desk person. Everyone in there is working. You ring the bell and you have to be patient. Wait a minute or two because they might be in the middle of bathing a dog. But when they open that door, the feeling is amazing because they act like you're their main priority and how can they help you? What a lovely business
