I have NEVER had those issues with Half Moon Bay Dogs. They are so professional, responsible, and caring. The owner, Susan Richards, is uber nice and fantastic, and used to own her own preschool. Now she has gone from preschoolers to pups, and I'm so happy that she did. She is extremely "on-the-ball," and conscientious. I love that my dog goes to someone who I trust so completely. Susan's property is large and fenced, which allows the dogs to run around and play with each other. Susan also offers walks around her neighborhood for dogs that need a bit more activity. I also highly recommend HMB dogs for boarding. My dog gets so much exercise and has so much fun when he goes for boarding. He comes home tired, happy, and worn out from playcare and from boarding. I get our pup dressed in her harness in the morning, and she's picked up between 9am - 11am dependent on the day's schedule. Second, they put a huge emphasis on safety which provides great peace of mind during the day. Third, our crazy, rambunctious Vizsla is actually tired when she gets home every day. It's usually enough tiredness to carry her through the weekend after a full day of ranching. Vicki and her team are incredibly professional, the pick up/drop off is seamless, and they're very helpful if I ever need to cancel or recheck Lena ranch day.
