Cathy B. Do Chiropractic - Back - Chiropractors Near Me - Santa Ana, California

Dr. Cathy is the most approachable and friendliest doctor! She might be little, but she's strong! She's always given me great adjustments. I have seen her for various running and workout injuries over the past 6 years. She always takes the time to really understand what is going on with my injury by asking focused questions. She is also a kinesio tape pro. Her taping for various muscle/tendon strains has really helped to alleviate pain in everyday activities. Plus, she has a lot of fun color selections (like monkeys!!) I also love how she combines homeopathic remedies like essential oils into my treatment. She has recommended different essential oils for stress relief, digestion, and also things like colds. I recently happened to see Dr. Cathy at the beginning of a cold and she recommended an essential oil "cocktail" that totally worked! The best thing is that she works Saturdays, which is really great with my work schedule. Everyone should go to her if they can! read more

Cathy B. Do Chiropractic - monkey tape for monkey toes! another great tape job by dr. cathy! - Chiropractors Near Me - Santa Ana, California

Dr Cathy is great. I been going to her office for 10 years. She's very knowledgeable and experienced. I definitely recommend her.

Dr. Cathy is great! I've been seeing her on and off for the past 10 years. She is very approachable and spends a lot of time making sure you are comfortable and getting the results you need. Dr. Cathy uses many different techniques to fix what ails you. Included in your visit is always a 30 minute massage provided by one of numerous therapists assigned to the office. One of my favorite thing about visiting Dr. Cathy is she is never pressuring to get you to come in more. She lets her patients schedule their own appointments and doesn't force you into anything. Many of my previous chiropractors would constantly call to set something up, but not Cathy. Additionally, if you are in need of work, Dr. Cathy always finds a away to fit me in - definitely not an easy task with my schedule. Thanks Dr. Cathy! read more

I was having some lower back pain when I first came to Cathy. She was very attentive to my issues and took the time needed to get to the root of my back back pain. She explained to me what was happening, did some muscle work and a slight adjustment. I left feeling great. I have also taken my son to see Cathy when he had a severe ankle sprain from a trampoline accident. My son is not the biggest fan of doctors but she made him feel at ease and explained to him why he was having pain. She taped him up and and explained to him some exercises he could do to help him heal quickly. Two days later he was as good as new. I would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking a chiropractor in the area. read more

My body is just like a high mileage car, everything is falling apart, lower back, shoulder, arm ... due to old age and being a workaholic. I've visited Dr. Cathy every other weeks for over 5 years now. I don't know if I can't live without her adjustments and treatments. She also shows me all kind of exercises to reduce the pain. Highly recommend to all friends and family. Thanks Dr. Cathy. read more

I just moved to the OC and was in need of a chiropractor since I do Jiu-Jitsu daily and often have neck and back along with other issues. I had a kink in my neck and Dr. Cathy was recommended to me. I called and she was kind enough to fit me in last min, she was nice, funny and very attentive to my areas of issue and concern. She quickly assessed and adjusted me and took time to suggest home stretches to assist in lessening the chance of this issue happening again opposed to other Doctors who just kick you out the door after the adjustment. We got to talking about healthy eating and she is extremely knowledgable about healthy living, organic foods and supplements. She is very nice and I was happy with her service! I would recommend her to anyone in need of a Chiropractor or therapy. read more

Dr. Cathy is top notch without question. If you are an athlete, she can really help, if you are a work-a-holic with neck and shoulder problems, she can really help, and of course anything in between as well, she can help! Besides being a great chiropractor, she is also great with physiology. She has given me exercises in the past to help with whatever was hurting, and those always really help... when I do them. I'm a work-a holic, so I'm an off-and-on client, based on work (bad I know), and it never fails that when I stop taking care of myself, something starts hurting, I need to go back to her, and then she always knows what to do to fix me (and hold me accountable to do those exercises!). So glad to have found her! read more

Dr. Cathy is great. I went in because I had an old back injury from a job pushing freight containers...my lower back was just stiff and never the same as before. But Dr. Cathy did a thorough history and really cared about me as a patient. She worked on my back and I haven't felt this good in years. She gave me exercises to do at home to continue to strengthen my back. She also helped me when I tweaked my upper back (shoulder blade area). Before I saw her I could not even use my arm to put my car in gear, but she worked on it, and I felt 100% the next day. I live in LA (far away from her office) but she is worth the drive. I will continue to go to her for all my chiropractic needs. read more

I have been seeing Dr Cathy Do off and on for about 8 years. All the doctors and staff in her office are friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with me. I've seen her for back and neck pain and for a couple of injuries I had through car accidents and to just get regular adjustments to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have recommended Dr. Cathy to many of my friends and family with no disappointments. My two teenagers also go to her regularly to get adjusted and they love her! read more

I had chronic neck pain and arthritis and have tried many other chiropractors. I saw Dr. Do for my neck pain and I have to say she is the best! Not only is she a skilled practitioner but she is just super cool and personable. Getting exercises and behavioral change suggestions from her to do on my own was also helpful in managing my pain. Her office provided many options including e-stim, therapeutic massage, roller table and acupuncture. Her office is cozy, clean and friendly. Paying through insurance was no problem and hassle free. My wife has also been a patient there as well as my young son. I would continue to go to her if we lived close. Would highly recommend! read more

Dr. Cathy is amazing. I started going to her for shoulder/neck pain that was so debilitating I could hardly pick up my kids. I was also getting killer headaches daily. After just one appointment with Dr. Cathy where she did e-stim, deep "muscle stripping" massage and adjustment my headaches were gone and my tension was so much better. A few more appointments later my body is back where is should be without any pain. She really takes her time working on you and never rushes you through appointments. She's also super friendly, quick to get you in for an appointment, and not pushy at all trying to get you to come in more than you need. I'm so thankful for Dr. Cathy! read more

Dr. Cathy is very helpful and caring. I've been coming here for about a year and it has been great!

Dr. Cathy is incredible and deserves this 5-star review. I recently injured my shoulder by overextending it while throwing a medicine ball during a workout. I didn't realize the extent or cause of the pain until the next day. I couldn't even raise my arm 90 degrees. The pain was severe and I didn't know what to do. A friend referred Dr. Cathy who immediately detected the root of my pain (teres minor tear) by observing the lack of mobility in my arm/shoulder. Dr. Cathy is incredibly knowledgable, nurturing and thorough in her treatment and care. She is very professional and her genuine nature makes you feel quite comfortable. My shoulder is significantly better and I highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Cathy!!! read more

I've been going to Dr Cathy's office for about 5 years. She has been the best chiropractor I've ever been to. I've had a few back problems in the past, which have landed me at different chiros office, and none compare to Dr. Cathy. She cares for her patients and wants whats best for them. I would highly recommend her, and will continue to go to her for any future injuries/preventive care for years to come. read more
