Feeling exasperated I reached out to NPO and they were so enormously kind and uplifting to my deflated new-dog-mom spirit but more importantly they were very helpful and extremely patient with my pups needs. One quick nail trim and we were on our way. Huge relief on my end. I should have reached out to Natural Pet Oasis from the get-go rather than trying to do it myself. The groomer, Kelly, does not try to make your dog feel welcomed nor does she let them out to potty. She has no idea how to manage a puppy. In fact she called us and asked us to return so we could hold our puppy because our lil pooch would not stay still. Even after my spouse left work to help her groom our puppy she did a terrible job. It didn't even look like our dog was groomed. She assured me when I called she was familiar with my breed dog and was capable of managing a 6mos old pup. I do not recommend her services. It was a terrible experience.

When we planned our vacation, we set up a trial day to see how our baby would act staying there, and after hearing she did well, we booked her stay. Bailey was there for 5 days, and each day we received a photo or video of her with an update on how she was doing. If anything had happened we were contacted immediately (though nothing went wrong). In every photo Bailey looked very happy and we will definitely will be using their service again!

First incident they were calling the wrong number as I sat in the parking lot even though they had the correct number on file. Somehow they were upset with me until they verified the situation. 2nd time the groomer didn't show after I drove all the way there. I only got a call 5 minutes before I arrived. I always allow 45 mins. To an hour to get there. Last visit I showed up 1/2 hr. Early waiting in my car before curbing my dog. As I went to enter I was told I didn't have an appointment. It was never noted in the book when in fact I called months in advance. At that point my dog was already drugged for nothing!!! I was told basically tough luck could only get a nail trim and was off to Massachusetts. I always tipped handsomely. Needless to say there are definitely some administrative problems and will not return.

Took both of my dogs to this establishment I have a diabetic dog and was told that she was going to…read moreget the care she needed and the manager said that he would be the one taking care of both my dogs because my girl has special needs and requires insulin both of my dogs were severely dehydrated when I picked them up they were both staggering having trouble with there balance they were covered in urine both of there beds were covered in urine my girl had brown thick stuff packed into her nose that must have been sitting there for a while causing her breathing to be upstructed my boy was pooping blood they both had severed diarrhea and would not stop drinking water for hours causing them to throw up they were so dehydrated and I am certain that if I would of come back a day or 2 later my girl would of died I was assured that she was taken care of but the owner knows he dropped the ball and did not know how to care for a diabetic dog he assured me she ate and drank all of her food and received her regular insulin dose while all the whole time she was not eating her entire meal yet was still given her full insulin dose her sugar level was over 600 she was in ketoacidosis and I almost lost her the owner did offer to pay the vet bill because he knows what he did but I am very experienced so I was able to take care of her myself Do Better For the Next Dog owners this was horribe that my dogs had to go through this NO STARS

Whenever she realizes that we are bringing her to The Merryall Kennel (which she figures out as soon as we grab her bed and put it in the car), she gets super excited and wants to go right away. Once there she is out of the car and she heads straight inside, without looking back. I would recommend them to anyone. They do make sure that your dog is up to date on all shots prior to going there, which is comforting to know since all of the dogs there will be up to date. They are definitely a five star Kennel!
