Shes easy to communicate with, really nice. The place is small, a little whole in the wall. Does have a little smell too it like soap and hair dyer smell. After every hair cut, she puts a new cute little bandana on the dogs (of every season/holiday) and I love it! I will say the only problem we did have with her is that she USED to smoke in the building and my dog used to come back smelling like cigarettes along as freshly washed and *We did confront her and since then she has not done it again. * Other than that, I do trust Corny with my pup and Heads & Tails is my go-to for my pup!

Dpeche gets all excited when she sees the "Dog Spa." Even more-than the fine work, these are two of the hardest working, kindest, most conscientious women I know. They have always fit my dogs in when convenient for me, even if it's their usual day off. I trust them 100% with my dog, and this is saying a lot. My dog is family. I give 4 stars rather than 5 because they do not take credit cards. It's not a huge deal, just know ahead of time. There now are a few other animal groomers in town. I would not take my dog anywhere else unless I absolutely had to- ALL of my dogs, past and present, get excited when they see the front door of the salon; THAT says it all!

If I could give less than one star I would. I originally had a service with Cara with Mobile pet…read moregrooming back around April 3, we moved it up from the 21st so that was nice! However every single thing after was all downhill. I got an appointment from the website, which does not include prices. So I do feel like she made up prices after she saw us. On the day of the appointment, Cara called and wanted to cancel because her grooming van generator wasn't working. After clear disappointment in my voice, because this was within the hour of the appointment window, and letting her know I had already put the cats in Their carriers, She offered to give us a discount if she can plug up to our garage. When she finally showed up, she gave our one cat a really great deshedding. When it came to our second cat who was long haired, she offered to do a lamb cut which she described as longer than a lion cut, and I was talked into it. The issue came from the fact that she DID NOT FINISH my cat. She said he was stressed and she would feel better if her partner could come help hold the next day. (I work in animal welfare but she claimed it was for insurance purposes). The next day, Saturday April 4 she gave three different excuses to not show up. She cut herself, she got robbed that's when she cut herself, and now she had no money to fix the generator. Being a caring person, I was hoping that was not the case and that she feel better. She said she would regroup and come Monday. I said yes, her van was being repaired and she never initiated a time or anything to come however I let her know I would be free. After the week, I asked for a partial refund. Because one of my cats was HALF SHAVED. He was uncomfortable and I got him reshaved at another groomers. It was extremely uneven and chopped the new groomer said. I wanted a partial refund to cover what I had to spend because Cara was so unprofessional and uncommunicative in regards to her business. To make matters worse, whatever service she's using to book appointments sent a generated message on the 21st of I wanted to come back. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. It's the furthest thing to Holistic. Edit: notice how in her reply she is so unprofessional she drags my personal affairs into it. He tipped her because we are kind people, however now we know we should have only paid for one and a half cat. Again, that is my complaint that the service was not completed and then the owner continued to post pone when she would finish it. Just say you can't do it. If my cat was so "distressed" and "aggressive" why would she offer to come back the NEXT DAY to finish, and never come back after a week! Also, the groomer down the street loves him. LOL. So sorry she spent a whole hour in a half doing a half of a job. The unprofessionalism is in the proof people.
