My brows look amazing -- natural, beautifully shaped, and exactly what I hoped for. I did exhaustive research before choosing someone, looking closely at experience, expertise, technique, and results. Portia's name consistently came up highly recommended, and I can now see why! Portia was professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. She took the time to create the perfect shape for my face, and the color she chose for me was absolutely perfect -- so natural and flattering. I am thrilled with my brows and highly recommend Portia at iShape Brows. Five stars!

Portia is amazing!! I knew all these great reviews had merit. She provided two permanent procedures…read moredone 5 days apart. The first was eyebrows with Nano Machine brushstrokes. And the second was eyelash enhancement. I am 55 years old and have never shaped my brows so the results were very dramatic! My eyes were SHOCKED at what they saw. When you stare at bad brows for so many years, seeing properly shaped brows is overwhelming! Then the eyelash enhancement was the icing on the cake, kind of brought the eyes and brows together in harmony. I saw the final results and cried. Don't risk going anywhere else for something as important as your face.

I wish I could give 10 stars!…read more Mimi is an amazing artist. I've never had any kind of work done, so I was pretty apprehensive to get my eyebrows done. I stressed again and again to Mimi that I wanted it to look super NATURAL. She promised that wouldn't be a problem, and it wasn't!! I'm so in love. The photo you see is after 1.5 years. Still looks amazing and I never have to touch my brows or use makeup. I waited 6 months after my original appointment to get a touchup. I just wanted to add that I'm pretty shocked by some of the negative reviews here. I initially went to Alluring Permanent Makeup because a few of my friends had gotten their lips and brows done there and were very happy. My interactions with staff were extremely pleasant - they were reasonable and easy to work with both times I went.

Starting with her wonderful personality, she was easy-going, sweet, and overall a pleasant person to talk to. It was like talking to a big sister: soft-spoken, funny, and kind! I initially reached out to her because I saw found her account online, and I was in love with her work. She seemed so attentive and precise, and I knew I could trust her. She listened to all my specific requests, such as a straight-shape with minimal arch. She took her time carefully drawing and shaping out my eyebrows before I was completely happy with them. The first session was just so amazing. I felt so comfortable. She listened to all my requests/concerns and responded accordingly. She really took her time, and I stayed way over my appointment time. She works very hard at what she does and makes sure she does her best work. I had no regrets, and I was soooo happy with my eyebrows! I actually mentioned that I go to the gym actively, and she mentioned her concern for getting sweat on the eyebrows. I was very careful about keeping them dry and made sure to follow all the after-care instructions. They healed beautifully! The touch-up appointment was an equally pleasant experience. It was great seeing Jenny again. She did have to skip a small spot because there was a small pimple, so it looked a little patchy. She told me I could return later and she could fill them in real quick, no charge. She's just THAT amazing. There's not a lot of beauty professionals who will go out of their way and extend that sort of service to you. Like I said, Jenny loves and exceeds at what she does. When I returned a couple months later, she was in the middle of changing locations, but she still made the time to do the small touch-up like she promised. Jenny is an incredible PMU artist. If you are considering PMU, please reach out to her and trust me, you will be in great hands! Thank you again, Jenny! :)

I've always had trust issues with getting my brows done because past experiences usually ended with way too much being taken off, and it would take forever for my brows to grow back. So I'm extremely picky when it comes to who touches them. Jaz is seriously the sweetest. She took her time explaining every step of the process, made sure I was comfortable with both the shape and tint color before moving forward, and even educated me on proper aftercare to help maintain the results. The lamination lasted for several weeks and I received SO many compliments on my brows during that time. They looked fluffy, clean, and still natural which is exactly what I wanted. If you are considering trying this place for the first time, or if you are already a client here…read moreand you're unhappy/think this is as good as it gets, please please read! It's NOT!!!! (Dm me here or on Yelp for a recommendation for a wonderful lash tech!!!) Let me start this off by saying that I have had my lash extensions done professionally for 8 years. There are lash extensions that can look full, amazing, natural, wispy, and also can be done on you very comfortably... and then there are lash extensions that can be very uncomfortable, eyes burning during application, too much glue used, glued too close to your skin, too blocky, thick, and fake looking! Sometimes it's hard to see in pictures, but you can definitely tell the difference in real life. I'm sure you've seen those really heavy, blocky, obviously fake, dark thick lash extensions and you think to yourself oh wow, I would never wanna look like that. Well, that is how this place does their lashes. The artists are some of the worst I've seen between California and Vegas. I'm sure the reviews are bought and paid, or probably from people who just don't know any better and think this is as good as it gets. I'm guessing they try to delete bad reviews too because I've spoken to multiple people unhappy with this studio since my experiences!!!! I want other women to save their time and money by avoiding it here. I first had an appointment with a new artist who was less experienced than the others. I think they call them junior artists or something like that. She was very sweet and she did her best. But her hands were sweating the whole time and my lashes were too small, sparse, and felt crunchy at the end of the appointment.. It was clear to me that she was inexperienced. The lashes were coming out a couple days after the appointment. I contacted the studio again and informed them what happened with this first set. They offer me to go with a stylist named Aliyah, who they said is their top senior artist and always makes everyone happy/everyone always loves her work. So I said great. Let's give it a shot. The work done by Aliyah was so aggressively glued to my natural lashes and so heavy for the natural lashes that the set was so uncomfortable from the moment she started doing them all the way through to when I couldn't take it anymore and had to take them off (about a week later) My eyes were literally burning throughout the entire appointment and she just kept shushing me like a baby and wouldn't give me a fan to fan them until I asked multiple times. When the appointment was over, my eye was incredibly red, see the photo attached. This is not normal!!! and must be because of either the insane amount of glue that she was using or the fact that she doesn't use tape properly for the eyes or maybe the fact that she just glues the lashes way too close to the skin. Either way, this is not a style or preference issue, this is just flat out bad training and application. Then, at the end of the appointment, the red haired receptionist was pacing upset and rushing. I told her that I realized she was huffing and puffing and that I'll be out the door as soon as I look over my lashes and make sure I'm happy with them. She told me she was stressed out because her mom was picking her up from work. This was extremely unprofessional as I had just spent over $300 including gratuities for two sets that were not what I wanted. The owners only took off $30 from the first set btw. You want to be happy at the end of a 2 to 2 1/2 hour long appointment because of course you wanna be happy with the work and think that you just spent good time and money, so you may want to be polite like I was and say that "the sets were good/yes I'm happy" but in reality they're just really not and this is not the kind of place that is highly trained for lashes. I have found an amazing Borboleta trained artist who I am more than happy to recommend anyone who wants to send me a private message! If you can't send a private message through Google, you can find the same review on yelp and message me there and I will absolutely give you the information of the person I found who is highly trained. The lashes look amazing, naturally full and fluffy, and she applies them in a way that is so comfortable. Save your time and money and avoid Mallyna.
