I had a lot of acne/congestion in my skin so it definitely was a little raw after my first facial, but as I've been a regular, my skin has adapted to and heals much better after the service. Jane's extraction technique is amazing and she spends the time looking at every single pore on your face and extracting which reduces the amount of acne breakouts that I get in between sessions. Jane also gives really helpful advice on what your skin concerns are and provides recommendations (products/lifestyle changes) that can help target those skin conditions. I received about 10 treatment sessions with her to reduce the scarring on my nose, which were very reasonably priced. Her office is comfortable and relaxing. Every session, she cleans your face, is patient with treating your needs, and applies sunscreen at the end. She is attentive and very easy to talk to. K Yong provides you with almost all the product you need for at home care. It was hard to reach her at first as a new client but once I was able to make contact, we were in constant communication. Even before meeting her, she already sent me some skincare tips regarding facial yoga. Summer truly embodies her name; she is a bright soul who's passionate about her work. I remember my first session when she introduced herself and told me that from now on, I'm going to be like a daughter to her and she kept her word. She spent a lot of time explaining everything she does and the reasons behind her method, tailoring the treatment to suit my skin type and needs. She has a bubbly personality so it's always a fun time when I see her :) As a new client, you will have to make a $50 deposit to secure your appointment and she takes pictures/videos of your skin to use for comparison after each treatment. My first treatment with her was the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme. In truth, I was hesitant on booking the service because of the hefty price tag but she had a free upgrade promotion from the Poor Man Acne Extreme ($300) to the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme ($500) so I decided to go for it. I never had microdermabrasion or microneedling done before so I was nervous about the pain. However, the microdemabrasion didn't hurt at all while the microneedling pain was very tolerable. Note - you do have to pay extra for the needle which I think it was ~$75. Typically when you get a service done, after care is on you to handle. Well Summer goes above and beyond and provided me a post-treatment kit (beauty water, 2.5 pH water, some other samples) with a detailed step-by-step instruction (text & on paper). Yes, you do have to purchase some of the other after care items on your own but they're not expensive. She also provides recommendations and sent me pictures of the products she used that I enjoyed so I can look them up in my spare time. My second treatment was the Two Day Medium/Deep TCA Chemical Peel ($300) which occurred after my honeymoon. I peeled a lot like Summer said I would around my entire face for about 1-1.5 weeks. I noticed a huge difference after this peel. My skin was soft and less textured. All my skincare products applied beautifully on my face like it was a brand new canvas. You receive a complimentary facial if you share progress photos with Summer too! I got another chemical peel ~ a month later but felt like I didn't peel as much and the results weren't as drastic as the first peel. I also got a 25 mins red light LED therapy to help with the redness because my skin was sensitive and often turned red at every treatment. I got my free JLO Experience facial within a week after my 2nd chemical peel which was very nice. The Jessner peel she used helped reduced my inflammation tremendously. That was my last official treatment but Summer provided me her upkeep recommendations. All in all, my time with Summer spanned over 3 months and it was 100% worth it. She did recommend I see a dermatologist to treat my acne issue. If I did that concurrently while seeing Summer, I know my results would have been much more amazing but with my acne aside, I can't recommend Summer enough!

However, I will never return after experiencing a deeply unprofessional and upsetting situation. During a facial, done by Whitney, I suffered second-degree chemical burns on my face--injuries that were later documented by my dermatologist. I had informed the esthetician, who had worked with me for years, about the skincare products I was using under medical supervision. Despite this, she mixed two incompatible masks during the treatment, resulting in a severe reaction. She mixed a pumpkin enzyme mask as well as a deep pore, purifying mask, creating her own mask combination, knowing that I had sensitive skin. Rather than taking accountability, the salon manager, Candice, responded with hostility and blame. She dismissed my concerns, accused me of being at fault, and made completely inappropriate remarks, despite initially offering a refund and corrective treatments. After I provided medical documentation, she abruptly changed her tone, accused me of attempting to sue, and told me I was no longer welcome as a client. Mind you, I was trying to resolve the situation, amicably without lawyers involved. Talk about escalating a situation, and completely losing a loyal client that has spent thousands of dollars per year. I've purchased 42 facials. At least 30 laser hair removal treatments and 3 cool sculpting treatments. You do the math! I've spent a lot here. This happened just a week after I had paid $1,100 to join their CoolSculpting program. At that point, Candace realized she couldn't legally cancel my membership without a refund. I was allowed to complete my prepaid sessions--but was met with cold, unprofessional behavior throughout. Being forced to return for treatments I had already paid for--despite the trauma, the injury, and the disrespect--was deeply upsetting. I was not offered a refund for the CoolSculpting services and felt further mistreated every time I walked through the door. In total, I was given a refund of about $120 which nowhere near covered the trauma, and the additional products that I have to purchase to heal my burns and start to fade the dark spots and scars that the burns left. This experience was not only unprofessional--it was harmful. I have since taken my business elsewhere. See attached photographs of my chemical burns.
