For a service costing nearly $500, I expected considerably more explanation and practical guidance. I was also uncomfortable throughout the appointment. The interaction did not feel welcoming, and I frequently felt as though my questions or presence were an inconvenience. Parking near the location was also very difficult, which prospective clients may want to plan for. I did not feel confident about many of the colors selected for me. Several of the deep burgundies, muted plums, brownish pinks, and very dark shades looked heavy or unflattering to me.
