I told her what I liked and disliked and she made sure to pull all the dresses that fit my criteria. She helped me get in and out of all the dresses. Because it's a smaller boutique, I do find their selection smaller. However, they do have trunk shows where they get more dresses from a particular designer. I went for the Enzoani trunk show and the discounts were very significant (almost 25% off!). Enzoani has beautiful, very detailed and well made dresses, so this was a big deal! Unfortunately, I didn't end up getting my dress here because I didn't find the one. But the service and boutique were very nice!

An organized store is really great, especially if you have a limited time for your appt! My consultant was also really nice and attentive. The boutique was really small so there were not a lot of options for me, as I was looking for something specific and with a lower budget. The only reason why I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I spent time doing a questionnaire prior to the appt, but it doesn't seem like anything was done with that information. No dresses were pulled beforehand and the consultant asked the same questions from the questionnaire.

I dealt only with Hugo and appreciated the way he did business. He was thoughtful. The measuring session went great. I gently reminded them a few times when it was late and they kept reassuring me it was on its way. I received the skirt one week before the wedding and the top the DAY BEFORE. No apology - in fact they were rude and made it sound like it was my fault! It needed serious alterations - the zipper was cheap and flimsy and didn't work properly - when I pointed it out to the owner she accused me of deliberately wrecking it when I tried it on in their store - the gall! After being two months late with my dress - she not only didn't apologize but accused me of being a vandal! The proprietor is a complete crook and is mean! mean! mean! I had to find a tailor who could fix it (I ended up going to my local drycleaner on the Saturday of a holiday weekend, the day before my wedding, begging them to redo the wonky zipper and to fix the top which didn't do up properly). It was so stressful since I was getting married in less than 24 hours! We had no other problems with any other vendors - even my parents, who know how business can be done in India sometimes, were shocked at her attitude. Never go here - the proprietor is dishonest and mean. I have never had such a bad experience with a store in my life, ever.

The employee was requesting $40 for a cleaning fee. I am in disbelief, we made a mistake but it should also be the stores responsibility to manage their inventory. The pants may have gotten dirty at the bottom due to being worn in the car and the grocery store before being noticed.
