I waited quietly every morning for the mailman to arrive hoping he would have it in his arms ready for me to set-up. They don't seem to be as internet savvy as they claim to be. They're still going on about how search engine optimization is the latest thing while everyone else is doing social media strategizing. I am actually taking the website I had them create for me and hiring someone else to improve on it. I went to ioVista to update the site, but what they were charging me for the update, I can take to another web developer and get what I really want. I regret using these people. She is not honest with her approach to selling marketing work and she also is questionable ethics aside (check out her recent post on LinkedIn where she exploits an MLK quote for pitching her business). I'd recommend staying away - investing in her agency was an awful experience for us and she was combative when we tried to part ways.

After researching her "team" on her website, she actually works with freelancers not employed by her company. Working with her has been incredibly unorganized, difficult, and costly.
