I visited this store a little over a week ago and there was lots of holiday traffic doing returns. Unfortunately for the female employee, (Pauline/Paula I believe) the systems seemed to be down, and she was very overwhelmed. That was not the issue, the issue was the degrading tone in which she spoke to the customer in front of me. She was being very condescending to her, talking down to her as if she was a child and blaming the customer for the employee's inability to process the shipment. It was enough for me to not only notice, but also take this action. It was my first experience in the store, and truly hope it is not how they typically conduct business, but I felt this experience needed to be shared incase it has been had by others.

When package did not make the 2 day shipping I went back to discuss and request reimbursement. I was told I needed to file a claim and they couldn't help me. Ever have to call or file a claim with UPS? Talk about nightmare. Once I was able to Finally talk to a person- It was explained to me that the area item was being shipped to is unable to do Saturday deliveries-WHAT?! So the same person who sold me on the 2 day delivery costing 4x a normal price couldn't help me sort this out? Shouldn't they know this in advance when scheduling the delivery for customers? I am so tired of patrons being overcharged And inconvenienced out of laziness and incompetence. They should be the ones that have to make it right and let it be a time suck out of their day. I will never use UPS again

We were having a few issues due to the fact Dad's phone had 2850 unread emails and an ounce of memory and space left! But not to fear Karina was there to assist and made the whole transaction seamless!! Dad proclaimed he was so appreciative because "This New Technology is Space Age!!" He said he'd probably be there until his next birthday, trying to get his task done!!! Karina was informative, patient, and contemplated everything we may need. She exceeded our expectations with a big smile on her face, my kinda Customer Service!!!! Hope she's Employee of the Month there, because she was definitely Employee of the Day today!!! Saved my Dad from being Forescore and Frustraded in his BDay!!!!

We asked a price and after getting a run around was quoted $150ish for about 30 pictures!! Because it was a rush job. I was told that I should have ordered them online much earlier!! So apparently what I should have done before someone passes away is have my pictures ordered!!! Not that I'm sure they care but never going back!! I ended up ordering a photo printer from Amazon. Received it in 4 hours for less money and printed out 200 pictures in an hour with my own editing and I didn't charge myself extra and I gave myself excellent customer service!

    To be fair I took my Time deciding, asking for a new proof, and deciding what size banner i wanted…read morebut I'm the customer. i feel like that gives me a pass on taking my time. I realize i am not their biggest customer either but owning two businesses and one of them being real estate i know a lot of people that use yard signs, photo-prop signs among other things. So while my $225 order wasn't huge i could have been a long term Customer that sent referral after referral. I explained why i wanted the banner and how i expected it. Trying to get a feel for an 8 foot by 8 foot banner on their program is laughable. Trying to get a feel for spacing compared to real life is not even a possible. When i paid mid June i believe, the person who i was working with (who remain nameless) was too busy. So i talked to two women they ran back and forth asking questions what ever, Got done. My hand held double sided sign was done in a couple days off with out a hitch. They said production was slow banner would be ready in a week give our take. Finally got it on 7/31 which i wasn't in a hurry but paid in advance and clearly was forgotten i feel like. Anyways i have a banner that is 64 sqft and useless. The whole point was two logos on each picture at least. Some items i will be taking pics of are 6x3 inches some are 3 feet long so wife variety of shapes and sizes. When i picked it up a 14 year old boy was the one that helped me again running to the back asking questions didn't ask if i was happy, didn't open and show me, sign and leave. No follow up phone call or email just a very underwhelming unpleasant experience. I will not return, i try to always shop local and with people i know, but you still have ya provide a good service to those people wether they be friends, family, acquaintances. Take your business elsewhere ...
