Most importantly, they took the time to understand my goals, and they worked on them specifically. I can't tell you how many times other companies would only half-listen and end up wasting time on some other issue. But Blue Winds Media focused on the goal and were worth every penny. I fully intend to hire them again.

Blue Winds Media helped get our website up. At best it was entry level. That "Wow" factor was…read moredefinitely not there. I have gone back to revise so much and it is now decent. They also host our email. I would not recommend. Their service is so unreliable. Also, when you try to contact you could swear you are using a cup and string technology. There is such a delay in response and quality is below average. If you care to get emails, I highly suggest going elsewhere. I would have rated them higher if they actually replied in a timely manner for repeat issues.

My husband was swindled by this company into believing that they would build him the "Ferrari of…read morewebsites" (their words). Honesty, he would have been happy with a website that works. They have nickel and dimed him throughout the entire process. After an initial quote of $20k he's had up-charges for even the most basic functions that were functional on his previous site. Every issue can be fixed, just give us more $money$... but it's never fixed. Now that he is $40k in the hole, the website continues to malfunction, doesn't work on the weekends (and neither does trademark!) and has lost him tens of thousands of dollars in sales, frustrated his customers and soiled his reputation. The trademark team continues to turnover employees and give empty canned answers. The most recent answer was to provide a form for his costumers to list all of the issues they're having! If you are a small business owner you work hard, around the clock, to build your business. These people DO NOT care. My husband has endured so much painstaking stress, lack of sleep and loss of business as they rake his finances and reputation through the coals. They are not capable of building a commerce website. They will lie to get your business but in reality they do not guarantee that anything will work... and it won't! If it crashes on a weekend (and it will, frequently!)- you are out of luck. Please save yourself and your business the heartache. Do not trust them and do not waste your money. Steer clear of trademark productions.

I am a small business owner and I was having a lot of difficulties accessing all the functionality of my account. Danielle at Trademark was a huge help with regards to figuring out what the underlying problem was and how to resolve the issue. Apparently, Facebook had ear-marked by account and turned it into a "grey account". This status is for pages they believe may be possibly fake -- although my page was legitimate. It was a big headache for me but I am so glad I found these guys and they were able to help me find a solution. If you are looking for any social media related help these guys are pros!

After we agreed on payment terms and the cost for doing SEO and graphic design work, and it was not cheap, they did exactly what they said. They first redesigned my entire website then they got it on the first page of Google somehow. This is something I was not able to do on my own and I did try very hard. I own a landscaping company with lots of competition for the first page of Google and somehow this company made my website Google worthy. The graphic designer was excellent. I was more than happy with her work. I highly recommend this company if you own a business. They are proven professionals in their field. They did ask me if I was happy with their service. When I told them I was, Jeff asked me to review his company on Google. Even if he didn't ask, I would of left them a review. I am still trying to figure out what they could do that I could not.

Verde Media was by far the most responsive, friendly, and accommodating company I encountered in the area. Not having any knowledge of website building, Verde Media made sure I was kept updated on the progress of the site and answered all of my questions happily. They made each stage of the website construction easy, helped me develop some ideas for the look and feel of the website, and made very good suggestions that were implemented into the site. Further, we had somewhat of a constrained timeline and Verde Media did their absolute best to meet that deadline, even when I asked for it to be delivered earlier the last week of development. I highly recommend reaching out to Verde Media if you need any help with your website. I am confident you will receive a high quality product, work with some very nice people, and be happy with your experience.
