I would highly discourage you from coming to this place. I ordered a T-bone medium rare and it came out and there was almost no pink at all in the steak. Then they cooked a new steak and this is what they brought out. I did not have the heart to argue with them but this is obviously rare. I'm taking it home to finish cooking it myself. read more

Stopped in here tonight since it was right beside our hotel Saturday they have a seafood buffet with lots of different types of shrimp, frog legs, crawfish, clams, hush puppy's fish plus lots of other foods as well Thei green beans were delish ! Great food, and even though the buffet is small they have a wonderful selection. The people who work here have always been so welcoming.

We stopped in Muskogee and Catfish Ranch was near our motel. We walked over. The service was slow but the food was good. It was like having a Sunday dinner at someone's house. We were greeted by the cook who we assumed owned the place. The special requests we made were gladly accommodated and our food was just as we ordered. My advice, if you like to spend extra time at the restaurant relaxing and visiting while waiting, then come on in. If you are in a hurry, this isn't the place for you. read more

I personally love this place. They have the best hamburger steak with grilled onions! It's the best Salisbury steak I've ever had. My husband lives on biscuits and gravy, and he says theirs is so so good. I've always enjoyed coming here, and will continue to do so. No one was up front to greet us, seated ourselves then was brought drinks and order taken. My grilled shrimp was rubbery baked potato not hot nor done. Husband's catfish was good but same on his baked potato. Will be awhile before we try again. Service wasn't that great either read more

We went on a Friday night but the restaurant was not busy at all. They had one waitress for the entire restaurant and she was probably waiting 5 tables maximum. She came to our table one time the entire time we were there. This would be understandable if they had been busy but they weren't. The floors near the buffet were so sticky that our shoes were sticking to them...even on the carpeted surfaces. Many of the tables we walked by were filthy and there were tons of dead flies on the window sills. If you love Christmas, this is the place for you because they still had Christmas decorations up. The buffet had a limited selection for $13.00 a person. The cabbage soup and green beans tasted like they had been cooked in rusty iron. They had pickled okra on the bar that literally tasted like dish soap. Desserts were just left out on a table with no type of covering or sneeze guard whatsoever on them. This place is an episode of Kitchen Nightmares just waiting to happen. read more

It was late and this place is next to the motel. I had the seafood buffet for $15. It was plentiful, but I won't say much about the quality, since it was nearly closing time. You can definitely tell that this is a local favorite! Everyone seemed to know everyone. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The floor wasn't very clean and the silverware had a murky look to it (I'm pretty picky on cleanliness). My husband ordered the patty melt and it was AWESOME! My little girl got a grilled cheese and I got the catfish. I was so disappointed in the catfish...so bland. There was NO flavor to it unless I dunked it in tartar sauce. Sweet tea was really good. We ate there on a Saturday night for the seafood buffet. The fried fish was little, tiny pieces. Not like filets or pieces of fish...think more like popcorn sized fish pieces. The frog legs were ALL BURNT AND HARD ON ONE SIDE! It was crazy. Literally, they were dried out and burnt on one side and battered and kind of fried on the other side. Seriously, I have no idea how they even made them that bad! They were consistent, consistently bad...up until that night I had NEVER, EVER met a frog leg I didn't like. The buffet is small...and housed numerous mystery items. The best things available were the (cold) hush puppies and the coleslaw.
