Service met expectation and in a reasonable amount of time. The service department is pretty good. I always go to this Ford dealer for car and truck service. Okay they really do read the surveys. I completed a survey and mentioned that there was no rent a car available. Earl called me personally to explain that if I give them a day or two notice that I will be needing a rent a car they will have one for me. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative. However, the communication from this business was amazing. They reached out to keep me updated and rescheduled a date that fit my schedule. They arrived on time in a professional setup van with everything they needed. They only requested access to a receptical for the vacuum. They were efficient and thoroughly cleaned the entire vehicle. The two person crew worked well together and had a full detail with light ceramic protectant (6 months estimate) done in just a couple hours. But it was done correctly.
