Took a few days to get my car in for servicing, pretty busy before the holiday. Took my Ford Fusion in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service met expectation and in a reasonable amount of time. The service department is pretty good. I always go to this Ford dealer for car and truck service. Okay they really do read the surveys. I completed a survey and mentioned that there was no rent a car available. Earl called me personally to explain that if I give them a day or two notice that I will be needing a rent a car they will have one for me. This dealerships scams you to come in by saying you win a prize if your number you scratch off matches the number on the prize. It says you are a guaranteed winner. When you get there, they say everyone is actually a winner when they scratch it off even though the flyer says something totally different. Then they try to sell you a car by asking you what do you drive now and do you want to trade. If they use gimmicks and tricks to get you there by lying down they really expect people to trust them with selling you a car? I would never use a company like that. read more

I have a government law suite against this company for senior abuse. They have had 5 managers in the last year. They sold me a Mercedes with bad tires and a bad battery verified by the Mercedes company and sold me a maintance contract and then told me they can't work on in Mercedes and won't give the money back to me. Then they told me they would get me in another car and lied and I went in and they said no. Since then they have called and false advertised nothing down and we can get you in a car and it's false advertisements!!!! Bad service , bad management , bad sales. And the service department couldnt even put in a windshield wiper. Pathetic. read more

Not too busy to have his name printed on a fake mailing to try and drum up business. Attempted to address mass mailings for a person that has been dead for over two years. I have a 2021 Ford Explorer that the transmission went out in. I called the service department and was told that they could get my car in to look at it. I had to have the vehicle towed to Paul Thigpen Ford in Waynesboro. My car has been sitting there for over 2 months now and when I ask the service advisor I get a generic response every time. I have spoken to the service manager and another manager and received no help. I am being told that they only have one technician. I understand that they may be backed up, but not getting any help is where the problem is. I have just made my 3rd payment on that car and it is still broken down. read more

Never again!!!! I bought a used 4-wheel drive Ford truck two weeks ago. The salesman, Sammy, said everything worked on the truck. When I got home that evening, I took it out in a field to try the 4-wheel drive. It didn't work! I called the next morning and asked to speak with, Sammy. He wasn't there, I left messages everyday for him to return my call. I finally asked to speak to the sales manager and told him my problem. He said he would have Sammy return my call. Sammy never called and wouldn't answer my calls. Today I talked with the sales manager, Keith, and he said I should have tested out the 4-wheel drive before I paid for it. Bought a car here 4.5 years ago, drove up from central Florida to buy the exact car I wanted. Everything went fairly smooth, but a month later the phone calls started. for over 4 years these jerks keep calling me every few months trying to sell me another car. I was "questioned" as to whether or not I removed items from my trade in after the deal was signed. I don't appreciate my integrity being questioned by a sales manager or anyone else for that matter. No one was able to walk me through the features on the sync 3 system or help troubleshoot issues connecting my phone. That is a key feature of the sync 3. I had to research a video on YouTube and call the 1800 number for help. The delivery of the vehicle was hasty. I was made to feel like I had to load my things from one vehicle to the new one quickly. This did not allow me to conduct a thorough walk through of the new vehicle. If I had the opportunity to do so then I'm sure I would have noticed the door ding at the dealer and not after I got home. I expressed my concern about the lack of understanding I have for "dealer math" from the beginning of the deal. I was presented an agreement with one price and then presented another agreement at the final deal which had a $10,000 difference. After repeated attempts to tell the salesman that it wasn't making sense to me I was ready to walk out. Finally, the sales manager realized his mathematical mistake and the price was fixed and a deal was made. Overall, I absolutely love the truck and the features. The tow package and capabilities was the ultimate decision maker for me. read more

Please don't buy a car from this dealership. They sold us a truck with a blown head gasket and from the words of the sales manager Ken "THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME" Saturday March 6, 2021 we came in to look at a f250. We were told by our sales guy Derrick Dixon that he had been driving it for a couple days and the only thing wrong was alittle play in the steering and the driver seat would not go up.  We bought the truck and yes signed a AS IS paper. We got 30 minutes down the road and the temperature hand started to rise. It went down so we started off again. The temperature went up again we called Derrick but of course no answer. We had to put 3.5 gallons of water in it to get us home. On Tuesday the 9th  we took the truck to the shop for them to tell us it had a blown head gasket and the cost to fix it was around $5000. I wrote a letter to the owner in which he did respond and remind me it was AS IS. He also agreed that this was no way to run a business but of course no offer to do anything about the issues. We had other issues with not getting our second set of keys and being lied to about that but we did get the keys a week and a half later. They will lie to you over and over to make a sale and could care less if it strands you on the side of the road as soon as you leave. Please do your research, read the reviews and listen to your gut. This is not a good company to do business with. I have bought many of cars from dealerships and never have I had an issue until now with a car breaking down as soon as I left. Take your business elsewhere I promise you won't regret it. read more

With the current state of the world now was not the time for my car to stop working. I've been researching and looking online for the past 3 weeks. I contacted Mizell Ford and was put through to Al. Wow - what a wealth of information and support. He was willing to work with me on my terms to view, test drive and purchase my car. He was so kind, professional and above all treated me with respect. He said his goal was for me to smile during my time at the dealership, leave smiling and smile when I look back on my experience. Needless to say I'm still smiling as I have my new Mustang in my garage, at the price I was looking for. I worked with Brandi on the delivery and she showed me all the new "tech" that goes with my car. Ken in financing was friendly, efficient and quick. He had me do as much online as possible so my time there as short. I arrived at 4:15 and was on the road home by 5:45. I would highly recommend Al and the entire staff at Mizell. While it is a 45 minute drive for me and I pass at least 2 other Ford Dealerships, I will return there for my service. read more

David Lang was great at answering all my questions via the Web and phone for a couple of weeks before we drove to the dealership. He was busy when we arrived, so Ken Thomas helped us. He was great too, bringing us the cars we were interested in and working the dollars of the deal. The finance guy, Eric Liebsly, got through the paperwork very quickly and was helpful about warranty and gap information. We are VERY happy with our new C-Max and would recommend that other people visit the dealership. read more
