Unbeknownst to me, she chopped off 6 inches from the crown of my head which should have been kept all one length to the bottom. When caught doing so, she claimed she was trimming off dead ends. Who trims off 6 inches for dead ends? My hair had been all one length which she had known from my previous visits and this disastrous cutting left me unable to wear my hair loose since there was not enough hair left on top to wear my hair down and also it was impossible to make a ponytail because there was not enough hair length to tie it back. This damage will take me 2-3 years to grow back after she had done chopping my hair off and she had known that I wanted only an inch taken off from the bottom. Secondly be aware of what she charges you. My daughter paid Bonny for services and then she realized the bill was high after we got home. She asked Bonny for an accounting and Bonny then realized she overcharged her $115 which she returned to her. Therefore accounting before you leave the salon is necessary. Bonny may be a nice person but she is totally incompetent.

I'm made an appointment for a Brazilian and an additional haircut, which was an add-on, for a very fair, minimal extra charge. I was quite nervous as it's... my hair! I walked into her lovely private salon in Solona Beach and knew I made the right decision as she greeted me. I soon learned that she is just as beautiful on the inside as the outside. Not only is she talented with her scissors/hands but her four salon walls hang with her own original paintings/art work. She is a true artist and knows what she is doing. She obviously knows color and has an eye for style. She completely listen to what I wanted and I got exactly that! I got the best Brazilian I've ever had. It's not stick straight and flat, not the kind where I want to hide for the 1st week. Instead it is bouncy, shiny, silky, has movement, and gorgeous. Yes, I love my hair! And I absolutely love the cut. It's the 1st time a hair dresser completely understood the look I was after and achieved it. Bonny was generous with her time, and thus provided a precision cut. She has a super sweet Disney Princess voice and look. She might actually be a real princess as she really worked magic on my hair haha! I get my lashes done by Christina and will never let anyone else touch my lashes!!!…read more She is super knowledgeable about properly applying lashes, even to the point where she'll be real with you about the length you're asking for and the extension that will realistically be maintainable and able to hold on your personal eyes. Christina also alternates between applying lash fans from eye to eye in case of emergency situations, i.e. if you ever have to run out of an appt early - you'll at least have both eyes partially filled. And also to prevent the glue from extensions sticking to each other - this will hinder your natural lash growth and prevent styes from developing (all of which Christina educated me about!) Christina is super big on hygiene and cleanliness before/during/after services - she hand sanitizes prior, if she ever has to run to the restroom (which she will literally put off to avoid leaving you alone on the table), and after each client. After the service, although I'm not a new client, she always reminds me to not get my lashes wet for the next 24 hours. Christina is definitely a hard worker, perfectionist, and is willing to fix anything you're unhappy with! Aside from her service, she is super nice and remembers previous conversations we've had, which makes every time I get a fill feel more personable.
