2 days ago DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were hired to…read moreinstall permanent lights on my home. They showed up 5 hours late, in the dark, one installer came in Crocs and with his entire backside showing because his pants were ripped out entirely! This installer was climbing all over my roof in Crocs in the dark! They were here about 4 hours before they stated the lights were not sticking and it was late, so they were leaving. I made the mistake to pay them upon their request for funds stating they would return in the daylight and fix the many issues they were leaving but they NEVER came back. I called several times and finally ask for half my money back, which they agreed to. They said they would cut me a check at the beginning of January. After a few weeks I called to find out where the check was, and they said it should arrive any day and gave me a check number. After another week I called back and they said "Oh it must have gotten lost in the mail and gave me another check number. After another week I called and they said oh we will just ZELL you the money and when that didn't happen, they said '"Oh our ZELL isn't working. Then I got a call from the actual installer saying he was a supervisor and what exactly happened at our house, like he was never here.... I went along with him and told him the story as it happened and he said, "ok, I'll bring you cash on Friday" that NEVER happened so when I called back, he said I'll bring it Monday, that NEVER happened. Yesterday he told me their ZELL was fixed and that at 4:00 yesterday he would ZELL me the money that was promised me, that NEVER happened. I have NEVER dealt with a company that lies, cheats and steals as much as this company. Do yourself a favor and do not use them EVER!

Contracted them to clean out an outdoor shed that had been derelict for over 5 years. Their crew…read morearrived on the day of work and got started. After a couple of hours I received a phone call saying that they found animal feces and because that is considered hazmat thr price would increase. I agreed to the price increase and the men continued work. A little later another phone call saying there was a possum in the shed and needed removal before they could continue and finish the job. I was told to call when the possum was removed and they would come back and finish the job. Because of the work that had been done and how professionally this company had been acting, I paid the remainder of the balance and told them I would call when the possum was gone. We'll, the possum was removed and the phone call was made. However, this is where the professionalism ended. I have called twice and talked with the same woman I set the appointment with, and the same woman that took my payment. She told me both times that she would call me back and let me know when they would be back to finish the job. I have not heard back from her since (March 26, April 7). April 10, 2026 I called during normal working hours and the phone rang more than 10 times with no answer. Later that day I sent a text message explaining what all had passed. No response. I sent another message the following day, again no response. Because of their failing to complete the job, their refusal to return my calls or answer my messages I decided to leave this review. Again, I have paid for the job in full. There is probably less than an hours worth of work left to complete the job, and yet they are CHOOSING NOT to complete it. Apparently their want for money is more important than their want for a good reputation and doing a good job. My warning to others, don't pay them until the job is done. They charged a fair price and I felt like they cared, which is important. I felt like the job was too hard for them even with this heat in the middle of the summer, but they knocked it out without any problem. I would highly recommend them for all different types of projects.

I called All That Junk Via a google search and was told that they would text me a quote. They quoted me $1.000 for the pile removal and that it would be a week before they got to it. I called and canceled immediately knowing this quote was ridiculous! I did another google search and found another company within minutes that quoted me $200 to take it to the dump. $800 gap in quotes for the same pile of concrete! If All That Junk didn't want to do the job they should have just said that. If I was an unsuspecting person that had no experience with this they would have taken full advantage of them. He was fair, trustworthy in my home, and even greeted my dogs with treats each day. He had no problem giving me exactly what I wanted. If I wanted to reuse something he took extra care with it.
