Tony was great to work with every step of the way and came in right at what he estimated, without cutting any corners or sacrificing quality. Overall a horrible customer experience. Di Giulio showed up at the incorrect address to measure…read morethe windows. Strangely, it was a house a few doors down that is being rented and the tenants were expecting the owner to replace the windows. I had to text him when he didn't show. We rescheduled for later that day. Little bit of a red flag. Though, when he showed up he was apologetic and professional. They basically install the Alslide brand which is a high quality window. The quote seemed reasonable and we decided to move forward. We put 50% down and the lead time is 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, there was no communication. I texted him and asked when he would install. He texted me back and said next week. He immediately called me and asked "who is this?" He didn't save me as a contact when we texted back and forth for him to come and measure. He then responded that the windows are taking longer than expected and it will be another 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, no communication. I reached out to him again on a Thursday. He responded and said the windows are ready and we set up an install date for the upcoming Tuesday at 8am. He said he would text or call me if anything changes. Well, Tuesday comes, and no one shows up. However, I did get a call from his office later that day and the lady responds, "I am calling to schedule your window installation". They then showed up with 7 guys that Friday and installed 19 windows in 1 day. I then pay the balance and the crew leader gives me his number and says call me if there are any problems. After a few days, I noticed one of the windows was not aligned properly and didn't latch on one side. This is where things became horrible. I called the crew leader and no response. I emailed the owner with no response. I called the owner and we discussed him coming out to fix. We set up a time and he didn't show. I then called back. After talking with him for a minute we got cut off. I wanted to see if he would take responsibility and call me back. Nothing! I called him back a few days later and he hung up on me. At this point, I am thinking I need to hire someone else to fix the window before winter comes. Surprisingly, a few days later, his assistant calls me to schedule a repair time. We scheduled a repair time and no one shows and there is no call. I called assistant number back and there is no answer and no voicemail set up. I called later that day and she answered and apologized. Blamed it on their new scheduling system. Yeah right! She mentioned she was meeting with the crew the next morning and would verbally let them know and I did get a guy to show up and he fixed the window. I showed him a few other installation defects and he said he would show pictures to the owner and he would follow up. There was no follow up. I am done. As I read in a few other reviews after the fact, it is all good, until there is a problem and you need him to come fix.

The first time I used him was for a water heater that had failed and flooded my basement. He suggested that due to the amount of damage caused that I should file a claim with my insurance company. I was not familiar with the process, and he walked me through everything. He prepared and estimate as to what that actual cost to refinish the basement would cost, and he dealt directly with my insurance adjuster to get the job done. One the second occasion, I had a pipe in the wall with a pin hole that flooded my kitchen and of course again the basement. He again worked with my Insurance Adjuster and my Mortgage Lender to get all of the issues resolved and restored my home to it's pre-lose condition. His work is incredible. He puts such effort in the work that he does, and it is quality work. My basement looks incredible. I called him on a Saturday morning when I discovered the leak, and he was here within a half hour. He was actually out having a meal, and dropped everything to come and attend to my needs. I would strongly recommend using him for you plumbing and remodeling needs. He is overall a really nice guy, and he listens to his customers needs and concerns.

I also needed someone to procure materials and project manage as I live 2K miles away. After searching for a couple of months and being frustrated by no callbacks and outrageous quotes I contacted VRC Management and couldn't be happier that I did. Jozef and his team were extremely attentive throughout the entire process, completed the work in a very reasonable time frame, and had competitive rates. Jozef even walked me through a couple of additional items that made a huge difference in the remodel including painting the cabinets instead of replacing (I don't know how they did it but they turned out perfectly), moving a cabinet for better sight lines, making a waterfall edge to update the counter, and putting a light in the newly installed stand up shower in the bathroom. All of the work is extremely high quality including some of the best tile work I have seen (and there was a lot of it). In the end I have an entirely new bathroom and kitchen in a place that now feels brand new. Thanks to Jozef and the entire VRC team!
