The staff member I encountered was both gracious and courteous. They carry a wide range of merchandise with no particular rhyme or reason, but it all flows, seamlessly. I loved the energy and vibe of the store. There is street parking on either side of the street. I purchased a tshirt on this visit and declared I'd be back to look around and shop again. Perhaps the most notable thing about the boutique store, there is a food pantry donation center located just outside the front entrance. Stop in, if you can, and bring a canned good or 2 if you can spare it.

I had a terrible experience with this company I bought a…read moresilver chain paid $160.00 for a really nice piece it broke within 16 months I took it in to have it repaired and it went from $100.00 to $140.00 for the repair I left I thought it was a high price for the repair the clasp broke at both ends I asked for the manager to take a look at it she came with the price at $140.00 to repair it I said I only paid 160 for it why would I pay that amount I got different answers from her and the other sales people I thought buying from them I could get a better price for the repair but I feel i the got the runaround from the manager I was very disdisappointed I've bought a few other things from them but not anymore I spent close to $500.00 at the time I bought the chain the managers attitude towards me was disgusting usually the manager always takes care of the customer but not her I will not go back in the store and buy anything else from her I know it was only a $160.00 chain but I've received great service from stores and their staff for items that were purchased at a lower cost not a call from saying anything about it if I knew the iwners n and n I'd would have callied them about the manager attitude and her personality Jim Brita

I was the only person in there during that time but I am sure she is always helping locals who stop in to find that perfect, unique gift. I was blown away at their diverse selection. Upstairs was vintage antiques- some items were expensive while others were reasonable. The prices were typical for any type of antique/boutique shops in the Fort Wayne area. I was looking for a gift for my nephew's upcoming 2nd birthday. I was pleased to find a decent selection of child toys and clothes! I love finding him presents that are different from the limited selection at larger chain stores. In the back of the downstairs is a room filled with women's clothes, bags, accesories. We were completely ignored from the time that we entered the store to the time that we left. It was as if we were invisible. None of the 4 sales associates ever even looked up from their locations behind the counter when we entered the store or as we were looking at the jewelry. We ended up leaving and going to Will Jewelers where we received excellent customer service as we made our purchases. I found the right invitations for my wedding and saved myself a lot of time. Paper Gourmet has everything from invitations to cute monogram "gifties."
