Franklin at FTS customized our recorded greetings to go on at specific times, as our office hours vary, this ensures that our patients can reach a medical professional at any time, which is incredibly reassuring to our patients and us. Our new office phones have great features, but the best is the mobile app, we are able to go on exchange by changing a setting in app from our cell phones (no more worrying about forgetting to put phones on exchange, or thinking "did I put us on exchange?!"). Through the app we are able to call patients from our mobile phones without showing our phone number, the number that shows on caller ID is our business name and phone. Lots of problems. They have been hosting us for years, but between May 2013 and June. They have had…read moreus down 3 weekends. They do changes without notifying their clients, and then follow-up is less than satisfactory. An example is they moved us to a server that did not support sql databases in May. It appears that they did it again in June. As a credit to them, prior to these experiences, there were no issues. They appear to be making changes to their server structure. In my view, they should either be aware of their clients needs, or contact their customers about changes that could negatively affect their clients. This has been a hardship on us because our data is accessed primarily in the Spring/Summer/Fall and on the weekends.
