From the start, she brought order, warmth, and expertise to every step of the planning process. She was thorough on every phone call, making sure no detail was overlooked, and always followed up with clear documentation so we felt fully prepared and at ease. When we needed candles for the reception, she didn't just point us in a direction, she tapped into her wholesale connections and placed the order herself. That kind of initiative was incredibly helpful. On the day itself, Cari was everything we could have hoped for. She was incredibly responsive, on top of every moving piece, and made the entire day run so smoothly. She set up everything beautifully and went above and beyond to help us pull it all together and then clean it all up at the end of the night. We received so many compliments from friends and family about how perfectly everything came together, and people made an effort to tell us that they thought her work was fantastic. Throughout the planning process, Cari was friendly, responsive and seemed genuinely invested in helping everything go smoothly. We felt confident and supported in the few weeks before the event. However, one of the biggest issues was regarding the deposit. I was sent Zelle information from Cari which is where the deposit was sent. I had informed Cari when the deposit was submitted but the next day received many frantic calls and emails from her stating her email was hacked and it was not where the deposit needed to go. She apologized and reassured this had never happened before, but instead of taking accountability it felt that she was blaming me for her information not being secure. I had informed her I would wait until my bank got back to me about the payment refund to submit the remaining balance, but instead I was sent an email that she would need to cancel our date due to the deposit not being paid in time. After reaching out to her she explained because she had not heard back or received payment, that she would need to cancel. I thought it was odd considering the situation, and thought she would give us some grace with the deposit. Regardless, I unfortunately sent an additional payment that same day to keep our scheduled date. We never got the deposit back. Unfortunately, our experience on the wedding day did not meet the expectations that had been set. Several details that we discussed beforehand were either missed or not executed as planned, which resulted in added stress for us and our families. The ceremony walk through was The largest complication for me was that the vendor list did not have the correct address to the venue. This would have been fine, however Cari also went to a different venue making her set up time later than expected. We arrived 30 minutes later than expected to cocktail hour and I was not made aware of the address issue until we arrived at the parking lot of our venue and my sister and photographer were at the wrong venue. When I called Cari her response to me was "Yeah, I also went to the wrong address. But I did send you guys the vendor list to confirm the address". We had many meetings regarding venue and set up and she was in contact with the venue coordinator as well, so I acknowledge that we should have corrected the address on the email, but we assumed it was correct since we discussed drop-off locations and initial conversations being at the correct address. We also thought if she knew it was the wrong address, we would have loved her to reach out to everyone and explain the mistake immediately so that no one else would also be late. She had also recommended we move our cocktail up sooner for the flow of the ceremony to reception dinner, so we moved from 6-7pm to 5-6pm. We also had an additional person available for table set up with the venue reserved, and when asked Cari confirmed we would not need the additional help so we cancelled this option. On the day of, we arrived 30 minutes later than expected to cocktail hour with her still setting up. According to our guests that arrived on time, nothing was ready when they got there. After 15 minutes since arriving, the table set up was incorrect, the seating chart was laid out flat on a table due to wind, people were sitting inside at their tables already, no music playing, the outdoor lay out was incorrect, and our photographer was at a different location. Another thing to note was that there was no conversation on how the cocktail and other tables were to be set up so I had sent photos for reference just in case the week before. I was a little disappointed that these little details were not confirmed in advance. Afterwards, there were also other minor issues that could have been avoided with better planning as well, but these were the bigger issues. It was unfortunate to hear from my friends and family that they noticed these issues as well, and were checking in on how I was feeling throughout the reception, which is not something you want your guests to notice. We found ourselves addressing issues that we expected would have been managed by Cari taking away from our ability to fully enjoy the day. Her start time was not until the afternoon as well, so the morning was open to confirming and finalizing details if needed. While we appreciate the effort and professionalism shown during the planning stages, the day-of coordination itself fell short of what we anticipated. Ultimately we were disappointed that the execution did not match the level of preparation and confidence established beforehand. We also did not hear from her afterwards until one week later after I reached out to confirm our certificate was submitted (she offered to do). A sincere apology would have been appreciated. I hope this feedback is helpful for future couples and provides an opportunity for improvement for Cari and her team.

Tiffany was still available and helped us so much with booking vendors before the six months though so it did not feel like we just started being their clients at the 6 month mark. During our monthly phone calls, Tiffany was super detail oriented and made sure everything was being done on time. She provided really valuable insight and vision, helping with design, wedding flow, vendor requests, and infinite other items. Although we had our monthly calls, she was always available to us via text, email, and other calls if needed. She communicated with vendors on our behalf as well and made the whole process so much easier for us. On the wedding day, Tiffany and her team SHOWED UP. I cannot stress enough how much Tiffany and her team seamlessly and professionally ran the day. I did not notice anything go wrong, my husband did not notice anything go wrong, our families did not notice anything go wrong. Her team kept everything running so smoothly and went above and beyond making sure me and husband, as well as our families, felt like royalty the whole day. The fact we could turn our brains off and just enjoy the magic of our wedding was so incredible. I was able to relax and I knew that Tiffany had it covered. She was in our corner and we could really feel that the whole time. I could not recommend Tiffany and her team highly enough. Fair and transparent pricing, attention to detail, communicative and highly responsive, goes above and beyond for her clients. Tiffany and her team exceeded our expectations and made our wedding day truly the best day our of lives.

They managed everything from getting us food during cocktail hour to fluffing my dress, holding our glasses and hats, coordinating vendors, and getting everyone to where they needed to be. It genuinely felt like having a partner in planning. I didn't have to worry about a single thing -- every detail, every piece of signage, every vision we had was executed perfectly. They even handled all our personal items from the room and made sure everything was in place. The whole experience felt effortless and seamless. No notes. Worth every single penny.

From start to finish, Courtney was an absolute delight to work with. She is incredibly organized, kept every detail and every person on track with ease, and did it all with such warmth, kindness, and positivity. She truly is a bright light. I am definitely not someone who was born to plan parties, so having Courtney to bounce ideas off of and guide us through the planning process took an enormous weight off my shoulders. My mom passed away a few years ago and I was afraid to plan a wedding on my own, but Courtney became more than a planner she became my friend. She made every decision feel manageable and always made us feel confident that everything was under control. On our wedding day, I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and I was able to be completely present for every special moment instead of worrying about logistics. Seeing everything come together so beautifully was beyond anything we could have imagined, and that was all thanks to Courtney's incredible work behind the scenes. I also want to mention our DJ Brian (who we were able to hire alongside Courtney in a contract together). He also deserves all the praises - there was not one moment where the dance floor wasn't filled and he was SUCH a talented DJ. The online program he used to help compile our song requests was so easy to use and he was so engaging the entire time with our guests. Thank you Brian! We are so happy we trusted you as our DJ, all our family and friends raved about you.  Not to be confused with our amazing DJ - I also would love to recommend DJ Catering. Doug and Courtney have worked together for years and their teamwork was flawless. I had so many people tell us after the wedding that it was the best wedding food they have ever had, by far. And being able to rent all the tables etc through them made the process so simple.  Anyone looking for a wedding coordinator who is organized, professional, genuinely kind, and truly invested in making your day perfect, I cannot recommend Courtney and One Sweet Day Weddings & Events highly enough. Multiple guests came up to us throughout the night to let us know how good our DJ was, and he was an expert at reading the room and keeping the party going. I'd say maybe half of our crowd weren't even big dancers, but somehow because of him, most of our guests were partying it up on the dance floor! He was also an absolutely brilliant MC and added lots of fun and personal touches to the reception. We also got a Photo Booth through him (run by Vivek) and uplighting which really elevated the ambience. Even before the wedding, Billy was awesome to work with. We had a lot of questions and requests and wanted to weave more cultural music in with popular music, and he was able to help us do that seamlessly and was so patient with all our requests. He is clearly an expert at what he does, and we couldn't recommend him more!!
