Very rude service. It doesn't say on their web site that they have $40.00 fees just for helping you because they are not affiliated with DMV but a completely separate service. Which should be stated on their website. After getting lost because there in such a strange location. I saw their website, which I looked at before I went that they had separate fees for themselves, I never would've made a goose chase over there. She made a wise comment that it's pretty much standard procedure. How am I supposed to know what standard procedure is, so that didn't even make any sense. I thought they were part of DMV. I had to renew my registration the kiosk at the DMV wasn't working and so I wasn't able to renew it online either, so I went to Castro's Registration Services, in the time that it takes you to find parking and get in line and then get your number and then wait for your number to get called at the DMV, Castro's was able to take care of renewing my registration in half the time and I walked out with my sticker in hand they were extremely polite and very accommodating and will going back to Castro's for anything I need regarding my DMV needs read more

I honestly love Castro's so much. The ladies in the office are so helpful and kind! My husband and I- without a doubt- always register our cars/motorcycles here. Worth the $35 charge for their services. A 4-5 hour DMV trip only takes like 30 minutes (if even that) with Castro's! They are extremely organized too which is a huge plus. I purchased a used car with a lost title. I went to the DMV and waited in line and gathered up three papers that I was told I would need to find the last titled owner and get signatures. Well as it turned out I spilled some coffee on the paperwork and had to go back to DMV and wait in line again and start all over. I was sharing this with a friend and he felt that all of that was not necessary and recommended Castro's Registration. So I headed right on over there and was delighted to find out that I didn't need to have any of those papers or any signatures! Yesenia punched in a few things on her computer and in ten minutes I was done and on my way! So my recommendations are if you do not look forward to the DMV, waiting in line, perhaps getting bad advice and dealing with people that are pretty much sick of working with the public then this is the place for you!
