    Registered my dirt bike and transferred the title in 15 minutes! I don't know why you would ever go to the dmv when this place exists

    Professional & efficient. Other than paying DMV an extra $62 because "THEY" lost my registration it was a good experience.

Instead of rewarding long-term, low-risk customers, it felt like my loyalty was taken for granted. The cancellation process was even more frustrating. After I switched to a different insurance company, I was asked to provide proof of my new insurance. I believed this was simply to verify that I had continuous coverage. Instead, my policy was reprorated in a way that resulted in me owing additional money. I felt misled because this was never clearly explained before I sent the documentation. To make matters worse, I was able to get full coverage on my 2023 GMC Yukon through ASI for about half of what AAA was charging me. That made it even more obvious how overpriced my policy had become despite my excellent driving record. Overall, my experience left me disappointed. After being a customer for so many years, I expected more transparency, fairer pricing, and better treatment during the cancellation process. I can't recommend AAA based on my experience. Their behavior is predatory and they will lead you to believe that cheaper insurance is hard to find, when in fact there are many good options. This review is not based on the individuals at this local but for the AAA SoCal division and the corporate policies as a whole. This corporation is encouraging price gouging and I am sure there employees need to follow policy in order to stay employed. I regret supporting this company for as long as I have and I think what was once a wholesome business has declined over the last decade.

Which in late 2022 My engine lost all oil on a drive from SLO to San Diego. I had to get a engine rebuilt. From th a t experience I really wanted to take care of my Van. So, when I came back from SD in 2023 I went to Millers. Theyre honest, thorough and will keep costs at bay as much as they can. Ive been so pleased I am writing this recommendation. Its hard to find Car Shops that are honest, quick and thorough with keeping costs down. Please take your car there, you'll be glad you did.

    I really hate writing this review because my husband and I have used Miller's 76 for years, but I…read morefeel obligated to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. Before a cross-country road trip, I took my diesel truck in for an oil change and paid extra for a general inspection. Since it was a diesel, I specifically asked them to check the fuel filter as well. When they called to let me know the truck was ready, I was told everything looked great. A few days later, while driving about 70 mph near Kingman, Arizona, the engine suddenly died. I had the truck towed to the Chevrolet dealership, where they diagnosed a severely clogged fuel filter as the cause of the breakdown. While inspecting the vehicle, they also showed me the air filter, which was so old it had started to disintegrate. It was packed with leaves and debris and clearly had not been inspected recently. Thankfully, there doesn't appear to be any lasting damage to the truck. However, the breakdown cost me half a day of travel, an unexpected overnight stay in Kingman, a towing bill, and nearly $500 at the Chevrolet dealership to replace the filters and get me back on the road. I understand that one employee's oversight doesn't necessarily reflect an entire business. However, after specifically requesting these items be checked and then experiencing a breakdown caused by something that should have been caught, I've lost confidence in the service. If you use this shop, I would recommend double-checking any maintenance items that are supposed to have been inspected.

    I'm from out of town, I headed there early because I thought that would help, Early bird tip, as…read moreyou face the door to DMV appointments are on the right and non appointments are on the left before they open the doors. When the doors open and the mad rush starts, you have to stand in line first to figure which line you will be standing in next, the super nice gal asked me for my 6 digit code, what code? You are supposed to go onto the DMV web site before you go and create an account and then let DMV know why you're coming.I did not the 6 digit code so my next line to stand in was the line with all the other folks who did not have a 6 digit code. After I got my 6 digit code I got back in line, this is my 3rd line , so I could let the gal at the first line I was in know that I had a 6 digit code now, fantastic! She said, now go sit until your number is called, about 30 minutes later my number was called and the gal at the window helping me with my class A drivers license was amazing, funny thing, I needed a new picture so off to line 4 I went. Line 4 was short and the gal was equally as nice as the others , after my picture I waved good by to everyone and wished them a wonderful day . The parking lot was full when I was leaving and the line was out the door , go early my friends , it's a lot less stress , highly recommend

Unfortunately we got Stephanie on window 5 who refused to let my husband help me by asking questions that I didn't think to ask. So he needed to tell me his question and I had to relay the question to her bc she wouldn't deal with him. She rolled her eyes a few times. She was short and impatient with her answers when we asked her questions. She treated us like we are couple of dummies. I told her that her behavior was very unpleasant when she's supposed to be helpful. Hope you never have to deal with her on window 5.
