Strike 1!!! The quality of the prep work was horrible. I never meet a painter would not use caulk to fill in gaps in the seams. He theory was to add lots of paint to fill them in and of course the paint cracked and I had to do it the right way. Also we had to fight with him to fix a gouge that his crew made. He claimed it was there before they started working but when I showed him the before photo with no gouge he still put up an argument. Strike 2!!! Estimate of job was 2-3 days. We didn't have the use of our kitchen for 7 days and didn't get our cabinet doors back for another week. Strike 3!!! This guy is out of here.

Another company quoted me lower after I'd already started talking to Joan and I didn't pursue it because I was so impressed with her level of care.
