Scheduling my job: Joan is an all-star. She handles the invoices and scheduling. She got all of my questions answered, was flexible with me on timing, helped me understand what to order, and sought answers for me about some challenges with the previously completed by another company wall. Her communication was quick, detailed, and kind. I can't stress how important basic kindness is and was the reason I went with PRP. Another company quoted me lower after I'd already started talking to Joan and I didn't pursue it because I was so impressed with her level of care. Fitting me in: I travel for work and was seeking a job to be done quickly. They had the job scheduled to be done within a week despite having pre-scheduled jobs.
