He returned our call quickly and gave us an estimate the next day. We thought the pricing was reasonable and decided to go for it based on the price tag, the clear terms and conditions, and the work guarantee. Jeff on his team was fantastic working with us to select a color, eliminate my anxiety when I started second guessing the color choice and responded to every question we had almost immediately. The painting crew was professional and efficient and their painting skills excellent. Steve and Jeff came by multiple times to check on things and make sure we were satisfied. Scheduling was painless, the project started on time and the crew was there every day with no disappearing act where they start and leave for a few days. Our home wasn't just painted it was transformed. It was a beautiful house but now it's the most beautiful house with "wow" factor.

I've been working with them for nearly nine years, and they've helped me with countless interior and exterior projects. His guy Alex is, without question, the best I've ever worked with when it comes to drywall and painting--his attention to detail is unmatched. They're always on time, respectful, leave everything spotless, and approach problems with a can-do attitude. But what matters most to me is the trust I have in Robinson and his team. That kind of reliability is rare, and I'm incredibly grateful for it.

The service was good overall but it did not finish up quite like we were hoping. The initial…read moreproposal started great with Jeff coming to our home shortly after we reached out. The estimate for painting three rooms upstairs in our house was very detailed, seemed fair priced, and he was friendly and easy to work with and was great at answering our follow-up questions before starting our project. We were able to book the project on the timeline we were looking for, but we were disappointed that the pre-project meeting never happened, as the proposal had said it would. This meant that the crew leader had some outstanding questions for us on the day they started the project, and though easily resolved, would have been nice to discuss beforehand. Where we were disappointed was at the very end when the crew had packed everything up and was ready to head out, we were handed a "report card" of their work to score how they did on various aspects of the job. While we were happy to fill out the document, the walls were still wet with paint when we were asked to score and it was a bit awkward to have the crew leader waiting in the house for us to fill out the sheet. I was hoping we could have time to walk through the area once the paint was dry and take a close look at everything together (my husband and I but he was keeping our two young kids happily distracted at the time), but were told we couldn't mail it in or send it in at another time and had to get done now. It felt rushed and uncomfortable since the crew was waiting on us for them to complete their day, and I didn't look at everything as closely as I would have liked with the work being wet. The next day we went upstairs (where our work was done) to take a closer look and we ended up finding two areas that were missed for painting and some small stray paint splatter on the floor and windows that I missed before. Had I seen this when filling out their report card I would have changed their score on Quality from an A rating to a B+ for them. Juan and his team were punctual, polite, and efficient at getting the work done but if I had a suggestion for improvement, it would be to let the homeowners complete your report card on THEIR time, once everything is totally finished (and dry), as it makes for a very rushed experience at the end.
