During the visit, additional areas were treated after being asked if he'd like a few darker spots addressed. At no point was it communicated that this would convert the service into a full treatment at DOUBLE the expected cost. This review is not about the amount of money but about clear communication and transparency. If a service is being upgraded or significantly increasing in price, that should be clearly discussed and agreed upon before proceeding. I reached out privately to address the miscommunication, but the conversation escalated substantially rather than focusing on resolving the concern. The owner waited a week and then I woke up to a personal text message asking my husband and myself to never come back to her spa. If you book service here, make sure to discuss every minute thing around your service as your bill may be higher than you bargained for. Instead of you using this as a teaching opportunity to help her employee understand clear communication needs to be had before increasing the service as well as the charge associated with that, she used it as an opportunity to try to take advantage of a long-standing client. You don't put that kind of blame on the client. Her learning curve should not be at the expense of clients. You take on that risk and responsibility as the owner and her employer and you make it right without backlashing. Clear communication around pricing is essential in any business, especially in aesthetics. I hope this feedback encourages more transparency in this area when it comes to other clients.

After reporting the issue, the company refused to return the funds that were already on my account. Based on my experience, I believe this company demonstrates poor customer service and questionable business practices. Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty…read more After spending thousands of dollars over the last seven years as a loyal client of Skin & Body 101 in Parker, I am shocked and appalled at how unprofessionally I was treated once I decided to cancel my membership. Despite canceling, they continued to charge me, and when I followed up, I was lied to -- told that I had been refunded *last month*, which was completely false. Not only was there no refund but I was also met with hostility. Angela outright yelled at me and seemed incapable of understanding why I was furious that they had essentially ** stolen money from me. This kind of behavior is not only unethical, but It's no wonder there are rumors floating around that they struggle to pay people reliably It also speaks volumes that for years after moving to their "new" location, they couldn't even afford a clinic sign just a blank wall and some excuses. The only redeeming part of this place has been Caitlin, a truly talented esthetician who has always been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I sincerely hope she finds a better, more reputable clinic where her skills are properly valued. If you're considering Skin & Body 101, think twice. I wanted to wait to write the review until I had long term results. I'm going to start with Rebecca who is just so very open, I talked to her like my doctor and I don't live like a saint... She was never judgmental. We did some Raiki and before she would move to something "more" she would always tell you what was coming and she made sure that I'd you got uncomfortable she would stop. She even had some things she wanted me to take and when I said no she didn't push or try to sell me anything. I did buy the relax wanderer tea though and that was probably the most useful sleeping aid I've ever used! Tastes a little interesting but not bad and very relaxing without any real mental or physical effects. Rebecca also has the lightest touch, she's human and it wasn't all perfect but I would say I didn't even feel 95% of the needles she used. Long term results I tried This because I couldn't even get up and go to work most mornings. I had become very negative and as previously mentioned I may have had some toxins built up in my body. I had a great life and I just couldn't appreciate it. I did something like 10 sessions over 3 weeks she did something different every time. Changing needle placements, she would even nootice when I came in amped up or strressed out or relaxed and adjust for that. She even explained the reasons when I asked, we did fire cupping which was amazing. The most memorable part though was she knew that I had a road rage issue and in my last appointment she put some things in some points in my ears and covered them with tape she said to leave them there for a couple days. One of those points was my "road rage" point. She told me to squeeze it now and again because I was dRiving to Texas the day after. I wore that one longer than I was supposed to but in 6 months I'm back in the gym regularly, I smile at work all day everyday. I wake up and choose to have a good day and I have had 2 minor incidents on the road but nothing like before. This was an amazing experience and I will do it for the rest of my life
