The lady that manages the location is truly a gem to speak with. She is so helpful and willing to help her patrons with folding and washing. She also provides change if needed. She has a very interesting past that is inspiring. If I ever go back it's be great to reconnect with her again. The laundromat itself is clean and tidy. The cycle runs about 40 min and it had just completed when we arrived back Three sizes of washing machine sizes. Small(6£), medium (8£) and large (10£) These machines only accept 1£ coins but the attendant will exchange notes for them for u to use, no cc. Dryers are high heat and .5£ for every 4 min. Takes both 1 and 2£ coins. If you don't bring ur own detergent, they sell it for .5£ a cup which they'll top load for u before u start ur wash. No dryer sheets as they find the high heat to not leave u w any of the sheet scent anyway. They're open daily for varying hours and offer self wash as well as service wash for a small fee 3-5£ depending on machine size.

There are several machines of varying sizes and they range from around 3 pounds to five pounds. They also have several large dryers that are about 1 pound each 10 minutes. They are all in good working order. They will also provide serviced laundry if you can't stay and watch your clothes. Haven't been to launderette for years and my eysight isn't so good but Angie was brilliant in explaining what size washing machine I would need for kingsize duvets. I brought my own washing and conditioner in and Angie showed me where it went. I didn't have enough change but Angie did. There is a change machine, drinks machine(40p for a cuppa, which was very reasonable) and joy of joys, a toilet!!! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and fresh. I came in on a Monday morning during the summer hols and it was almost empty. In the winter and children back at school, it will be busier but you can get washing done! Met the manager who comes in on a Monday and Thursday. I told him I was impressed and would put a review in. 2 kingsize duvets to wash and dry came to approx £17.
