We loved our home, and even though it was not a high-end sale, we wanted someone to put the time and effort into getting the best price. Jenny was the exact right choice! From the first call she was enthusiastic, positive, and clearly knew her job. We met with her and did a walk-through and she gave us the positives about our house that she would highlight in the listing, as well as suggestions to improve the appearance. It was stressful for us as we had already bought a home out-of-state, and moved, and had no idea how to best show the house. Jenny was all over it and helped us every step of the way regarding staging and figuring out what was important to focus on, and what was not so important. She was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We listed the home on a Wednesday and had 5 offers by Saturday, eventually getting 10% over asking. We couldn't recommend her more highly!

We could not be happier with the shed, with the company and with the dealer. The build quality is outstanding compared to other sheds we looked at. We were so pleased with the quality that on our second shed we went all out and added roof overhangs all the way around, engineered floor, heavy joists and additional studs, double wall plate, tarpaper under a shingle roof and house wrap. It is just fantastic. The company was wonderful to work with too. On time, lots of help with setup, made sure all the doors and windows operated OK after traveling, perfect leveling. And the dealer was just outstanding in terms of communication, customer service, getting back to us about questions we had. We absolutely highly recommend Old Hickory sheds!!!!!

Darr…read moreAuction used to have a policy, that they wouldn't accept junk, garbage, broken items and some other undesirable stuff like couches, tv's, bicycles, used shoes, purses, etc....They had some integrity too, so when I bid on something there was a really good chance I'd be happy with my purchase. Those days are gone. I drove thru their lot last weekend, whilst in Rushford on other buisness. I live a good hour away. The lot is full of garbage, broken items, they're selling a lot of stuff that belongs in the garbage. Then I look online at the rest of this current auction and see a couch, old purses, those busted up yard ornaments that were outside and no mention in the auction details that they are busted all to heck. It's going the way of the river city auction in Winona.
