Trying to get a refund was an absolute nightmare, took almost 45 minutes, and to be handed £4.60 refund, and a main free game voucher (which they didn't even know if I could use in another club), I will not be attending 'Taunton' again - just chaotic and not even a manager in site!!!!

we have not played bingo for a few years so we thought we give it a go. was surprise by how much…read moreits change and how expensive it was, we were a bit like fish out of water but a member of staff was quiet helpful when I said we had not play there before. got our tickets which came to £29 what a shock. did't have a clue what was what but a nice couple explain but need't have worried has they explain as you go along . not use to marking six tickets so found this very hard don't know if you could purchase just 3 or 4 tickets no one told us, so as far as we aware you have to buy the six tickets. when the caller started my god it was so fast we could not keep up I think they need to be aware that not every one can mark as quick as they shout. what was supposed to be a nice night out was very stressful for us both and have put us off a bit which is sad because its a nice place food looks nice would have like to have gone again to nantgarw but cat see it some how.

It was the first time most of us had played bingo, and it really was good fun, not because the game was fun, but because it was so hard. You wouldn't think that crossing off numbers on a piece of paper would be all that hard, but at the speed they read out those numbers, I can assure you it is. By the end of the evening we were all rolling about laughing, much to the annoyance of the regulars. I don't suppose these big old bingo halls will survive the onslaught of internet bingo, so try it soon or miss one of the funniest nights of your life.
