In the Spring we mulch our yards(front and back) and it's a painstaking chore. Home Depot delivery makes this chore tolerable. This location has an excellent delivery process. Order ahead, choose deliver date and timeframe and viola, the products arrive as promised. An added plus is their communication, a constant update is given via text and phone call. Once the transport company arrived, the pallet was unloaded and the driver was polite and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this location and their online ordering process.

I searched all register areas, hoping to find anyone possible in the restocking area towards the front as well....still no person to be found. I finally noticed one of the staff members come in from the outside to ask my question to of where a particular item was that I have always found prior at this store. However, she didn't seem to know what I was referencing, and finally I just had to give up on receiving any sort of "help" from staff all together. Doubly Disappointing to say the least. Overall, this store is the most unorganized poorly run Ollie's I have ever shopped at. I waited to write this review until I witnessed the same sort of disorganization every time I came to shop. It has a large selection of all sorts of stuff for the home like decor, pans, lamps, gadgets, pillows, blankets and bath soaps. They also sell some furniture and rugs. On my most recent visit I was on a quest to walk off my dinner and find a cozy blanket. The store is bright, reasonably clean and has lots of inventory. We perused the shop in wonderment as it had a cat sleeping on a pizza box who quickly scurried to a higher place when we entered with Alfie, there were three varieties of live chicks for sale, and about five chihuahuas in the display case going crazy at Alfie as well. They do also breed & sell chihuahua puppies. They did not have our brand of Purina dog food nor a big selection but we did find found something else and were on our way. It is a small shop & not sure it would serve the purpose for everyone but it sufficed for us & we were grateful. As always, please support your local small business!
