Either arranging appointments, calling for extra therapists, and making other business arrangements. At one point, she took out her phone and blasted Chinese music overpowering the relaxing spa music. The best part, when she finished the massage, she accidentally left her phone in the room. I got up to redress and she walked in on me, without knocking, while I was completely nude. Even when she noticed I was completely undressed, she still proceeded to grab her phone.

That may be my fault on that, dunno. She was the only one there and came 15 minutes late to my appointment too. I am very punctual so it annoyed me but she gave a quality massage so I overlooked it.
