She…read moretypically focuses her work on home/property sales rather than on rentals, but I was lucky enough to experience her professionalism, advocacy, and support while seeking a rental remotely. I happened to see a post for a rental and was in town that day to tour a potential school for my child. I called Drea, and she kindly agreed to stay after her last home tour to show me the unit. She was honest, warm, and genuinely seemed to want the best for me and my family. We bonded over our experiences of volunteering with the homeless. I am not making this up. This lovely lady has spent years making donations to the Downtown Woman's Center. She used to own a clothing store and would donate everything that was left after the sale. So, she generously donated brand new clothes, shoes, etc to homeless women. She also hosted a beauty makeover day for the homeless. Stila Cosmetics was purchased by Estée Lauder and they were throwing away perfectly good, unopened cosmetics just due to a packaging change. She made 100 gift bags and hosted a beauty day for women who are homeless and did their nails. She also created hats as she has studied fashion and worked in the fashion industry professionally. She created hats for homeless women just to give them some type of self esteem boost in the middle of so much trauma and loss. I shared these anecdotes because it just shows that Drea is not only a phenomenal realtor (which so many of the 5 star reviews below can attest to)-but a phenomenal woman with a heart of gold. I want to give my business to someone who pours out on behalf of others, and who seeks the greater good. The LA housing market can be ruthless, brutal, and be littered with people who are slick and trying to just close the sale. She is not one of these fake people (sorry, not sorry). She is a genuinely kind, honest, hard working, astute real estate professional who also happens to give tirelessly to people in need without seeking fanfare. She has been in the real estate business for decades and has donated/supported the homeless for many years. I just want to thank Drea for supporting my family. My children-5 and 2 years old-will experience their first backyard with a play space and lemon trees because of her efforts. I can't thank you enough for letting my kids experience this gift. Thank you, Drea.

My co-workers adored Drea, not simply for her personality and skills, but how she had helped get them out of seemingly impossible bad situations. Those stories convinced me Drea was someone worth working with. We met her and clicked instantly. The process of buying a house was so effortless with her. We never felt pressured to make decisions we were uncomfortable with and felt supported by her every step of the way. We found a place that was perfect for us and Drea helped us negotiate and we got an offer accepted that is no higher than the original asking price. She guided us throughout the Escrow process and scheduled and attended all the inspections and gave us really helpful feedback since this was our first time buying a house. The Escrow process was smooth thanks to Drea. Deciding to use her to sell our condo afterwards became a no-brainer. She staged our condo beautifully, made a lovely website, and within the first 12 days - not only did we receive several offers, but they were also all significantly over asking. If there were ever any issues, she kept calm and helped us swiftly. We always felt like we were her number 1 clients. Everything felt personal and professional. She's also just a lovely person to chat with! We have recommended her to every friend since then, and those that have reached out to her have had equal success. It has nearly been a year since we first met her, and we are so incredibly happy in our new home. We couldn't have done it without her! Thank you for everything, Drea!
