I was unable to get an appointment with my hair dresser before I left so I tried someone new and he literally destroyed my hair. I heard great things about Alberto Chi and decided to give him a call. He was able to get me in right away. After a short 10 minute cab ride I was dropped off at his studio. The studio was super cute, clean and professional as was Alberto. I explained to Alberto what had happened and what I was wanting. In no time Alberto worked his magic and completely transformed my hair from a fried mess to the best hairstyle and coloring I have ever had. Alberto's prices were very reasonable and worth every cent. If I could come to Cancun every couple of months just to have my hair done by Alberto I would. I was approached by Juan Carlos for a free neck massages at the pool, so I took him up on it. He seriously worked it right out. I could have kissed him. So forward to October 2019 I see Juan Carlos around the pool with his massage chair giving free 10 minute massage. So I got the 10 minute massage and just melted. So I made an appointment for 4 p.m. that day for a full body massage overlooking the sea. Hands down best massage ever. He is firm yet gentle. Thoroughly worked me into heaven. When he was done I told him "why didn't I do this the first day I got here" He said majority of his clients say that. I will seek him out the moment I get to Cancun. Service is excellent…read more... Soon as we got down from our van, we were welcome with some wet towels and a refresher... Then we went straight ahead in check in area. We were greeted soon as we approach the desk, we were checked in very quick, also efficient. We were told about what's included in our package and basic info of the resort, where we can use our credits etc. The only thing they didn't have of the view that we requested which was also fine. The place is pretty clean and our room was very spacious. The pool is also well kept and not too crowded during our stay, the pool and the beach distance wasn't even that far. We also had a massage by the beach which was amazing. We also used our credit at the spa for a proper full body massage which was great very relaxing. The food the bar the restaurants the ice cream store are all great. I couldn't say anything bad about the service and our stay. It's also all inclusive so if you come please bring $1 For tipping if not do money exchange.
