Pedicure was done is a cheap Conair pedicure bowl. (With a loud obnoxious motor noise. Water was filled with jug so it was room temperature. Tools did not seem to be sanitized properly so beware!! Woman working did however do an amazing job with cuticles and polish for what it was worth! If you're wanting to relax and be pampered this is not the place to go.

I am not sure if they take cards, I paid in pesos. It was very relaxed compared to what you might be used to in the us (working on two clients at a time, seemed to maybe also be a daycare or just one baby hanging out with a sitter) and not at all fancy, but they do a great job, and also offer customers water. Pamela is from Argentina and is very personable. She does a great job coloring my hair and gives the ends an occasional trim. The prices are super reasonable. She does hair and makeup for events, and offers some facial hair removal services. I haven't used them myself as I just get my hair colored and trimmed. I had a friend in town visiting and she made an appointment with Pamela and absolutely loved her hair! She does not speak English completely, but between my google translator and her little English, she understands my needs perfectly. Also, when you come, the entrance is a bit hard to find the first time. Just go up the stairs...walk straight back...and it's immediately on your left. If the door is closed, just knock and they let you right in. Give her a try! She's great!!!

The lashes that didn't fall out looked terrible during the first week. Areli purposely didn't use enough glue and placed the extensions further out on the tips of the natural lash so I would need a refill after the first week. She was trying to get as much money out of me as possible. For a new first set, she charged me $105 USD. I'm pretty sure she was overcharging me because she thought I was a tourist and new to Mexico. I paid because that's what my girl in NY charges, however, the lashes in Ny are great, stay in and last at least a full 3 weeks, Areli's look horrible and were falling out during the first week. I asked her to please fix them because they should not be falling out and looking so terrible during the first week. She was trying to blame the weather and climate of Mexico. Meanwhile, my lashes that were done in NY lasted the first 3 weeks of me being here. She said I will just need to pay for a refill sooner. Once again, her goal was to overcharge and get as much money out of me as possible during my time here. She tried to take advantage of me because she thought I was a tourist. She didn't know that I will be living here for most of the year and next. She could have had a long term loyal customer but she tried to hustle me instead. They didn't disappoint! I got one of the best massages ever by Agustin. Initially, I wanted a quick shoulder and foot rub. I wasn't in a spa day mood, but I extended the time once the massage started. For good reasons! I was in heaven. Agustin rubbed every knot out of my body. After the body massage, I got my feet washed before getting the fish pedicure, which I didn't necessarily care for but decided to do once he told me how it worked. I saw they were clean and didn't put anyone's dirty feet in the tank without sanitizing them. The fishies went to town on my feet and left feeling softer than they had ever felt after a regular pedicure. I am happy to have found this place cause I will be returning when I am back in Cancun.
