The stock on the shelf's is getting less and less and the service is becoming more and more difficult to tolerate. You can't get anyone to wait on you and nobody seems to have any knowledge of products or how things work. It would be such a shame to see this place fail after many years of successful operation. Came to Simonsons tonight to put gas in and cash a lottery ticket. My friend went inside for me…read morebecause I'm handicap. He comes outside to tell me my ticket was only $5. I checked it, triple checked it, even had my family look at it to confirm. $100 ticket. I went inside to dispute it because we checked it. They grabbed the ticket to show me and I showed the guy how I won the $100. He said, I don't how these are played all i can say is we scan them and this little ticket comes out. I asked him to scan it again but said if he did then it would just come back as already scanned. I was bummed, but oh well. I guess that chick needed the money more than me.
