Being a new client of Pet Paradise, I feel just that way! Babs spent two nights at Pet Paradise as a boarding guest and I'm sure that if she could talk, she'd tell me how great it was!! As soon as we walked in the door, Babs was treated like a celebrity! She made new friends before I even walked out of the door as she was given some bite-sized treats and loved on by the amazing team at Pet Paradise. When I returned to pick her up, I loved that the staff remembered that I was Babs' mom and happily told me all about her stay, and even showed me the cutest pics of her snuggled up! I loved the little report card I got on her telling me all about her new friends! The team at Pet Paradise was so patient, courteous and caring, truly an awesome experience from start to finish! Now that Babs is on the Wellness Plan and loves her new doggy and human friends, we can't wait to return to Pet Paradise!

Received an email the morning of drop off that they had cancelled reservation because didn't have them. I Immediately called , had to leave a message, but super friendly girl that answered the phone said no problem if we brought them records. I had emails showing we sent them but whatever, they're on file now. Check in was a nightmare. They were checked in and an hour later,we're in the airport when I received a call asking what kind of dog we had. It's a dachshund and a Yorkie-nothing rare. They went through all of the information I had entered in their web site AND was on the vet records that I dropped off personally as well as on the clip board they gave me to fill out while I was there . I had requested grooming, again through the web site and a follow up email with pictures just in case. I received a message saying if I didn't call them, they would cancel grooming. Not a good time for me return the call, so I made appointment at Nature's Pet, worth an extra trip great job. One might wonder why we would book another appointment? The girl out front is so nice and great with the dogs. I thought since they now have all of our records, there should be no problem. Until this morning, on our way out of town. Stopped by to drop the dogs off. Only to find that our reservation had been cancelled. They said we didn't pay a deposit. Looked through all of my emails to see if I missed request but nothing-NADA. Only email other than advertisements is the confirming email. There are no messages and no phone calls from a number associated with pet paradise. So thanksgiving weekend I'm missing my flight.

NONSENSE! I wouldn't have done that for my old animal. And why didn't anyone from the clinic call me when I didn't show up there for the appointment??? There's something very fishy about all this -- as if someone changed my appointment because he or she didn't want to deal with an in-home one.

My pup has been going here for ~2 months. I like the pack environment for him. He is only a puppy…read moreand the thought of him being kenneled all day but an occasional 15-20 min was not ideal. Since he's able to run and play, he gets that puppy energy out and allows us to focus on training when he's home. He's excited to go in the morning and when gets excited to see the staff. The staff are great. I hear them work with him on training cues and I've heard them gush over him. I love seeing the pictures on their site and frequently get reports of the birthday parties he's attended. I enjoy talking and joking around with the staff and feel very comfortable leaving my boy there for the day. In the beginning I had the yard camera on all day and would look for him to make sure he was all right, now, I turn it on from time to time but don't feel I NEED to watch all of the time. We're both very happy.

I'n not sure what magic powers Tye, the manager of the boarding facility has, but their dedication to animal care and confidence when dealing with difficult animals is remarkable. I am speechless! Tye, as well as other staff members I did not get names of, were extremely patient with my cat when he had a very difficult start while being boarded at their facility. They were so communicative and made an incredible effort to make my cat feel comfortable during his stay. He started out terrified and by the end of his stay, was cuddling the employees brave enough to enter his lair. These folks are true animal lovers - I know this because my cat can be a handful and they were kind enough to still give him a nice report card. Tye and Dr. Moser went above and beyond to keep me updated and to help reduce my cat's stress. The dedication of their team is astounding and I'm incredibly grateful to Tye and the rest of the team for turning my wildcat into a love bug and saving my vacation.
