I knew I still had a couple more hours of riding ahead of me before I got to Clemson, so I didn't want to eat too much, but the price was right and all of the other options were either chains or places whose food just seemed too heavy for me to deal with. There were also a good number of vehicles in the parking lot for a Monday lunchtime, so I felt like it was a good bet. Inside I found the typical layout of a Chinese buffet restaurant, and I was guided to a table and asked for my drink order, then let loose on the buffet. I found on the buffet that the usual items were available... a number of different meat dishes, a couple of rice dishes, some items that were probably aimed at kids who are picky eaters, etc. Oddly, there was no General Tso's Chicken, which I felt was strange, but didn't really have a problem with it being ommitted. I ate my fill, paid my bill, and left without any issues. Really, there wasn't anything special about this restaurant, nor was there anything heinous about it. If you are in the mood for some Chinese buffet food, it will do the job for you.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER…read more.................................................... Was in line this afternoon. They had a register open along side the customer service line. The line had THREE other people behind me waiting patiently for the next available cashier when this woman pulls up in one of those riding buggies and crashes into my buggy ... cutting in front of not only me but every other customer behind me. I got the manager.. explained what happened and got the Nod from EVERYONE standing there thar i was correct. To which the manager exclaimed it was not her job to " correct " customers bad behavior.. and there was nothing she WOULD do. I left my groceries and went to Walmart. You try to support " the local " folks to help the local/ regional economy . I will NEVER by another item from any IGA store.. regardless of what town I'm in. The manager I spoke with went on to tell me how bad of a day she had ...that I knew nothing about what working with the public was a like ( that was the kicker.. I started working in my family business when I was 13 and have worked with the public every job since .thats 36 years ) that she had been out sick two days and she couldn't help how people behaved on HER store. I called for the are manager which she quickly replied " sir I am not required to give you that information) but did offer to give me the number to their warehouse if I wanted call them.
